dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพี่อศึกษาสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลักและเปรียบเทียบสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลักจำแนกตามการรับรู้ของอาจารย์และนักศึกษาพยาบาลขนาดของวิทยาลัย ระยะเวลาที่มีการใช้การเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลัก และการได้รับการอบรมของอาจารย์ในเรื่องการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลักในวิทยาลัยพยาบาล สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อาจารย์พยาบาล จำนวน 205 คน และนักศึกษาพยาบาล จำนวน 350 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลัก ซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาและมีค่าความเที่ยง .97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยหา ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน การทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างกลุ่มด้วยค่าทีและการทดสอบครุสกัล วาลิส ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ค่าเฉลี่ยสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลักตามการรับรู้ของอาจารย์พยาบาลและ นักศึกษาพยาบาลอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. อาจารย์พยาบาลรับรู้สภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลักสูงกว่าการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 3. อาจารย์พยาบาลในวิทยาลัยที่มีขนาดใหญ่ มีการรับรู้สภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนสูงกว่าอาจารย์ พยาบาลในวิทยาลัยที่มีขนาดกลางอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 4. อาจารย์พยาบาลที่มีการใช้การเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลักเป็นเวลา 1 ปี, 2-4 ปีและ 5 ปี ขึ้นไป มีการรับรู้สภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลักไม่แตกต่างกัน 5. อาจารย์พยาบาลที่ได้รับการอบรมเรื่องการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลัก มีการรับรู้สภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนสูงกว่าอาจารย์พยาบาลทีไม่ได้รับการอบรบเรื่องการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลักอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 6. นักศึกษาพยาบาลในวิทยาลัยที่มีขนาดกลาง มีการรับรู้สภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลักสูงกว่านักศึกษาพยาบาลในวิทยาลัยที่มีขนาดใหญ่อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this research were to study of problem based learning situation and to compare problem based learning situation classified by the perception of nursing instructors and nursing students, colleges size .duration of problem based learning used in colleges and training of problem based learning in nursing colleges under the Jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health. Sample were 205 nursing instructors and 350 nursing students selected by stratified random sampling. Research instrument was problem based learning situation questionnaire developed by the researcher. The instrument was tested for validity and the reliability was .97 Statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation, t-test and Kruskal-Wallis test. The major findings were as follows: 1. Mean score of problem based learning situation perceived by nursing instructors and nursing students were at the high level. 2. Nursing instructors perception of problem-based learning situation was higher than the perception of nursing students and significant at 0.05 level. 3. Nursing instructors in large size colleges perceived of problem-based learning situation higher than nursing instructors in medium size colleges and significant at 0.05 level. 4. Nursing instructors in the college that use problem based learning for 1 year,2^t years and over 5 years had no different perception of problem-based learning situation. 5. Nursing instructors who had problem-based learning training perceived of problem-based learning situation higher than those who had no training and significant at 0.05 level. 6. Nursing students in medium size colleges perceived of problem-based learning situation higher than those in large size colleges and significant at 0.05 level.-
