dc.description.abstract	ได้ทำการชักนำต้นบัวบกชนิดดิพลอยด์ให้เป็นต้นพอลีพลอยด์โดยใช้โคลชีซิน และทำการทดลองชักนำ 2 วิธี คือ หนึ่งใช้สำลีชุบสารละลายโคลชิซิน 1-2% วางลงบนต้นอ่อน วิธีที่สองโดยผสมโคลชิซิน 1-2% กับวุ้นแล้ววางลงบนปลายยอดของต้นอ่อน พบว่าการใช้สำลีชุบสารละลายโคลชิซิน 2% วางบนต้นอ่อน สามารถชักนำให้เกิดพอลีพลอยด์ดีที่สุด ในขณะที่การใช้วุ้นผสมโคลชิซินไม่ว่าจะเป็น 1 หรือ 2% ให้ผลการชักนำไม่ต่างกัน ต้นพอลีพลอยด์ที่เกิดขึ้นแสดงลักษณะแตกต่างจากต้นดิพลอยด์ จำนวนคลอโรพลาสต์ในเซลล์คุมและจำนวนโครโมโซมในเซลล์ของต้นพอลีพลอยด์สูงกว่าต้นดิพลอยด์	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The diploids, Centela asiatica L. Urban, were induces to be polyploid by colchicine. The induction was performed by 2 methods. Firstly, the cotton wool was immersed in 1 to 2% colchicine solution and was placed on the seedlings. The second method was conducted by mixing 1-2% colchicine with the agar and placed on the shoot tips of the seedlings. The results showed that the 2% colchicine solution could give the highest induction but mixing 1 and 2% colchicine with the agar showed no difference. The phenotypes obtained from polyploidy plants were different from the diploids. The number of chloroplasts in the guard cells and chromosome number in the polyploids were higher than in the diploids.	en
