| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ระดับการรับรู้คุณค่าในการจัดการของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลสังกัดกรมการแพทย์ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง อายุ การศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง ความสำเร็จในงาน สัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคล กับคุณค่าในการจัดการตาม การรับรู้ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยโรงพยาบาลสังกัดกรมการแพทย์ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยจำนวน 122 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความสำเร็จในงาน แบบสอบถามสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคล และแบบสอบถามคุณค่าในการจัดการซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและ วิเคราะห์ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถาม โดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยง .80, .94, .96 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่า สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ค่าเฉลี่ย คุณค่าในการจัดการตามการรับรู้ของ หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลสังกัดกรมการแพทย์ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร อยู่ในระดับสูง (X=4.12, SD=.045) 2. อายุ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับคุณค่าในการจัดการตามการรับรู้ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r=.20) 3. ประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง และระดับการศึกษา ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณค่า ในการจัดการตามการรับรู้ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย (C=.145, X[superscript2] =2.620, p<.05) 4. ความสำเร็จ ในงานมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับคุณค่าในการจัดการตามการรับรู้ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05(r=.50) 5. สัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคลมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับคุณค่าในการจัดการ ตามการรับรู้ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r=.69) |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research were to study managerial value as perceived by head nurses, and to examine the relationship between personal factors, work achievement, interpersonal relationship and managerial value. The population consisted of 122 head nurses obtained by purposive sampling. The research instruments were personal factors, work achievement, interpersonal relationship and managerial value questionnaires. The content validity and reliability were established. The Cronbach's alpha coefficients were .80, .94, and .96, respectively. Statistical techniques utilized in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's product moment correlation. Major findings of this study were as follows: 1. Mean score of managerial value as perceived by head nurses, hospitals under the jurisdiction of the department of Medical Service, Bangkok Metropolitan area was at the high level (X =4.12, S.D. = .045). 2. The relationship between age and managerial value as perceived by head nurses was statistically significant (r =.20, p<.05). 3. The relationship between work experience and educational level with managerial value as perceived by head nurses were not statistically significant. (C =.145, X =2.620, p<.05). 4. The relationship between work achievement and managerial value as perceived by head nurses was positively statistically significant (r =,50, p<.05). 5. The relationship between interpersonal relationship and managerial value as perceived by head nurses was positively statistically significant. (r =.60< p<.05) |
