| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตเชิงจิตวิสัย ของอาจารย์แพทย์ในคณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยศึกษาข้อมูลจากอาจารย์แพทย์ จำนวน 217 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเองด้วยวิธีการเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และการสนทนากลุ่มย่อย เพื่อสำรวจความคิดเห็นของประชากรที่เป็นตัวแทนของประชากรทั้งหมด เปรียบเทียบกับการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อาจารย์แพทย์ในคณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนคุณภาพชีวิตอยู่ในระดับปานกลางค่อนข้างสูง คือมีค่าเท่ากับ 4.91 ( SD = 0.69 ) จากคะแนนเต็ม 7 คะแนน และพบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนคุณภาพชีวิตของอาจารย์แพทย์เพศหญิงในมิติของงานบริการและชีวิตสังคมสูงกว่าอาจารย์แพทย์เพศชายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05 อาจารย์แพทย์ที่มีอายุในช่วง 41 - 60 ปี มีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนคุณภาพชีวิตในมิติของงานวิจัย งานบริการ ความพอใจในวิชาสชีพ ความพอใจในงานโดยรวม ชีวิตส่วนตัว ชีวิตสังคม อัตมโนทัศน์สูงกว่าอาจารย์แพทย์ที่มีอายุในช่วง 20-40 ปี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | This research has the objective to study the level of quality of life of medical instructors in the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University. Data were obtained from three sets of questionnaire constructed by using qualitative method by indepth interviews and small focus group discussion. The result of this study show that medical instructors in the facuity of medicine, Chulalongkorn University have the quality of life level in the middle range (mean score = 4.91, SD = 0.69 from total score = 7). Female mdical instructors have professional satisfaction and social satisfaction better than male medical instructors with statistically significant (p<.05). |
