| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัด และปัญหาการจัดกิจกรรมบังคับใน หลักสูตรมัธยม ศึกษาตอนต้น พุทธศักราช 2521 ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้ให้ ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ผู้ป่วยฝ่ายวิชาการ หัวหน้าหมวดกิจกรรมและหัวหน้าอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษากิจกรรมบังคับผู้ วิจัยส่งแบบสอบถามไปจำนวน 395 ฉบับ ได้รับคืน 346 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 85.59 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย ใช้ค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ในขั้นการเตรียมการจัดกิจกรรมบังคับ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกำหนดนโยบายและวัตถุประสงค์การจัดโดยยึด นโยบายกระทรวงศึกษาธิการเป็นหลัก และแจ้งให้บุคลากรทราบในที่ประชุมครู จัดบุคลากรรับผิดชอบกิจกรรม ตามความรู้ความสามารถและความสมัครใจ ใช้เงินบำรุงการศึกษาดำเนินการโดยหัวหน้าหมวดกิจกรรม จัด ทำประมาณการค่าใช้จ่าย มีการจัดหาวัสดุหลักสูตร ส่งเสริมความรู้ทางด้านประเมินผล และการนิเทศ หัว หน้าหมวดกิจกรรมทำหน้าที่นิเทศ ในขั้นดำเนินการ พบว่า อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษากิจกรรมรับสมัครนักเรียนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมตามความสนใจ เมื่อเปิดภาคเรียนมีการจัดตารางกิจกรรมโดยยึดสาระของกิจกรรมเป็นหลัก มีการจัดค่ายพักแรมปีการศึกษา ละ 1 ครั้ง บำเพ็ญประโยชน์ในวันสำคัญ ร่วมกิจกรรมชุมชน ในเทศกาลของไทย ปลูกต้นไม้ ปลูกป่า ประ เมินผลนักเรียนโดยการทดสอบปฏิบัติเป็นรายกลุ่ม บุคลากรพบปะแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดและปัญหาภาคเรียน ละ 1 ครั้ง ในขั้นการประเมินผล พบว่ามีการออกแบบประเมินผลการดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรม ผู้ประเมินได้แกอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษากิจกรรมบังคับ หัวหน้าหมวดกิจกรรมรวบรวมผลการประเมินเสนองานวัดผลโรงเรียนแล้ว โรงเรียนรายงานผลต่อเจ้าสังกัด ปัญหาการจัดกอจกรรมบังคับได้แก่ บุคลากรไม่พอ ไม่ให้ความร่วมมือในการให้ข้อมูล ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ไม่เต็มความสามารถ มีภาระมากไม่มีเวลานิเทศ งบประมาณไม่เพียงพอ ขาดเอกสารหลักสูตรเพื่อศึกษา สถานที่ไม่เหมาะกับการจัดกิจกรรม ผู้สอนไม่รายงานผลประเมินตามกำหนด | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to study the organization and problems of the required activities in Lower Secondary Level Curriculum B.E. 2521 in secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education, Bangkok Metropolis. Three hundred and ninty-five questionnairs were distributed to school administrator academic assistants, heads of student activity divisions and heads of the required activities advisors, 346 copies or 86.59 percent were completed and returned. Data were analyzed into percentage. The research finding were as follows : At the preparation stage, the findings indicated that school’s policies and objectives were set up based upon the Ministry’s policy and were informed through teacher’s meeting. Activity advisors were assigned upon their competencies and willingness. Budget was allocated from tuition which was prepared by head of student activity division. Curriculum materials were provided, content related to evaluation and supervision were also provided for head of the student activity division. At the implementation stage, the finding revealed that students were admitted based upon their intention and interest at the beginning of the semester. Activity schedules were planned according to activity content. Schools provided camping once a year, other activities were community service rendering, Thai festival communal participation, planting and natural conservation. Students were evaluated through tests and group practices, teacher’s meeting was organized once a semester to exchange views and ideas concerning student activities. At the evaluation stage, the findings showed that at the end of the semester evaluation forms were used by student activity advisors to evaluate collected and submitted to the school appraisal division for further submission. With regards to problems encountered, the were; lack of personnel, personnel were uncooperative and unwilling due to other duties and responsibilities, insufficient budget and curriculum materials, school plant were inappropriated and also a problem of lately submitted appraisal results among students activity advisors. | - |
