| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้ได้ศึกษาความสำคัญของการใช้ methylcellulose, starch paste, sodium carboxymethyicellulose, gelatin และ polyvinylpyrolidone เป็นตัวยึดเกาะที่เหมาะสม โดยให้เม็ดยาที่ได้คุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน และศึกษาถึงการใช้ Nycel เป็นสาร external disintegrator เพื่อช่วยให้ได้เวลาในการละลายตัวที่ดีของยาเม็ดที่มีตัวยาสำคัญละลายน้ำได้ยาก โดยใช้ sulfathiazole เป็น model study ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปริมาณตัวยึดเกาะที่เหมาะสม คือ ปริมาณที่ 2 เปอร์เซ็นต์ สามารถได้เม็ดยาที่ได้มาตรฐาน และการใช้ Nycel เป็น external disintedgrator จะมีผลช่วยให้อัตราการละลายตัวของยาเร็วขึ้นอย่างเห็นได้ชัด โดยเวลาในการละลายตัวจะแปรผันตามปริมาณ – Nymcel ที่ใช้ด้วย |
| Other Abstract: | This research is assigned to study the importance of using methylcelluose, starch paste, sodium carboxyme-thyicellulose, gelatin and polyvinylpyrolidone as suitable binders, to obtain pharmacopeial needed standard tablers, and using “Nymcel” as an external disintegrator to produce the tablet which contained poorly water soluble active in-gredients, dissoluted in a good appropriate time. The research used sulfathiazole as model study. The result is that 2% w/w of the binders are appropriate amount for producing tablets and external disintegrator “Nymcel” obviously accelerated dissoluting of the active ingredient. Dissolution Time is varied to the amount of the “Nymcelᴿ” used. |
