| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ก่อนและหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยจิตเภทจำนวน 20 คน ได้จากการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติที่กำหนด จากผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยจิตเภท แบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิต (WHOQOL-BREF-THAI) และแบบประเมินพลังอำนาจ เครื่องมือทั้ง 3 ชุด ได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และหาค่าความเที่ยงของแบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิต และแบบประเมินพลังอำนาจ ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .93 และ .87 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบค่าที (Paired t - test) ผลการศึกษาที่สำคัญพบว่า คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ภายหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจสูงกว่าก่อนใช้โปรแกรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this study was to compare the quality of life of schizophrenic patients' family caregivers before and after using empowerment program. The sample were 20 schizophrenic patients' family caregivers in muang district, Prachaubkhirikhun province. Three study instruments were empowerment program for schizophrenic patients' family caregivers, quality of life measurement scale (WHOQOL- BREF-THAI) 1 and empowerment appraisal scale. All instruments were test for the content validity by 3 professional experts and reliability test of the scales. The reliability of the two scales were .93 and .87 respectively. Frequency, mean and standard deviation were used for data analysis. Paired t-test were used to compare quality of life score before and after using empowerment program. Major findings was as follow. Quality of life of schizophrenic patients' family caregivers who received empowerment program after using empowerment program was significantly higher than before using empowerment program, at the .01 level. | - |
