| Abstract: | วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาปัญหาความอดอยากหิวโหยในแง่ที่เป็นปัญหาทางศีลธรรมที่ว่าประเทศร่ำรวยมีพันธะทางศีลธรรมที่จะต้องช่วยเหลือประเทศยากจนที่ประสบทุพภิกขภัยหรือไม่โดยในบทที่ 3 จะเป็นการวิเคราะห์ข้ออ้างเหตุผลของฝ่ายที่เห็นว่าประเทศร่ำรวยไม่มีพันธะทางศีลธรรมที่จะต้องช่วยเหลือประเทศยากจนที่ประสบทุพภิกขภัย ในบทที่ 4 จะเป็นการวิเคราะห์ข้ออ้างเหตุผลของฝ่ายที่เห็นว่าประเทศร่ำรวยมีพันธะทางศีลธรรมที่จะต้องช่วยเหลือประเทศยากจนที่ประสบทุพภิกขภัยและแสดงให้เห็นว่าทั้งสองฝ่ายประสบปัญหาที่ไม่สามารถจะตอบได้อย่างน่าพอใจ ซึ่งในบทที่ 5 ผู้วิจัยพยายามแสดงให้เห็นว่าข้ออ้างเหตุผลขอ งปีเตอร์ ซิงเงอร์ สามารถที่จะหลีกเลี่ยงปัญหาที่แต่ละฝ่ายต้องประสบได้และสามารถอ้างเหตุผลได้น่าเชื่อถือมากกว่าข้ออ้างเหตุผลอื่น |
| Other Abstract: | The objective of this thesis is to study the world hunger problem as a moral problem-whether the rich nations have moral abligations to help the poor nations experiencny famine. In Chapter 3, the arguments of those who hold that the rich nations have no moral obligations to help the poor nations experiencing famine are analized. Chapter contains the analysis of the arguments of those who hold that that rich nations have moral obligations to help the poor nations, i t is also shown here that both sides could not provide a sastisfactory answer to the problem. Chapter 5 intends to show that the arqument of Peter Singer could avoid crucial objections faced by both sides and could provide a more reasonable argument. |
