dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสตรีในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสตรีในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ระหว่างกลุ่มผู้นำซึ่งดำรงตำแหน่ง ครูใหญ่ อาจารย์ใหญ่และผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามวัดพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำ เอมเอสดีที (แมเนจเมนต์ สไตล์ ไดแอ็กโนซิส เทสต์) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสตรีในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือที่ดำรงตำแหน่ง ครูใหญ่ อาจารย์ใหญ่และผู้อำนวนการโรงเรียนต่างก็ปรากฎเป็นแบบนักพัฒนาเหมือนกัน การเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสตรีในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ เกี่ยวกับมิติภาวะผู้นำทั้ง 3 มิติ คือ มิติกิจสัมพันธ์ มิติมิตรสัมพันธ์และมิติประสิทธิผล ปรากฎว่าผู้บริหารสตรีที่ดำรงตำแหน่ง ครูใหญ่ อาจารย์ใหญ่และผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน มีพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำทั้ง 3 มิติ ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study the leadership behavior of female primary school administrators which emphasis in the Northeastern Region and to compare the administrative leadership dimension of female primary school administrators regarding school sizes. The data were gathered and analyzed by using a research instrument called MSDT (The management Style Diagnosis Test) which consisted of 64 three – dimensional questionnaire items. The findings of this research were as follows :- The leadership behavior styles of female primary school administrators in the Northeastern region were mostly as developer. The comparative behavior leadership styles of female primary school administrators in the Northeastern region concerning the task oriented dimension, the relationship oriented dimension and the effectiveness oriented dimension from the one-way analysis of variance were found not statistically significant differences.	-
