dc.description.abstractศึกษาพฤติกรรมและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจร ของผู้ขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ เพื่อเสนอแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น โดยศึกษาจากผู้ขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ในแฟลตสวนพลู โดยใช้เครื่องมือในการศึกษาคือ 1. ใช้แบบสอบถาม 192 ชุด 2. สัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกผู้ขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ 20 คน 3. สังเกตการณ์แบบไม่มีส่วน ในบริเวณแยกวิทยุ ศาลาแดง และอังรีดูนังต์ ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า อายุ รายได้ ประสบการณ์การขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ และสภาพการใช้งานของรถ ไม่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจร และยังพบว่า 1. ผู้ที่มีระดับการศึกษาน้อยจะมีพฤติกรรมการฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจร มากกว่าผู้ที่มีระดับการศึกษาสูง 2. ผู้ที่มีระยะเวลาในการขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์เฉลี่ยต่อวันน้อย จะมีพฤติกรรมการฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจรมากกว่า ผู้ที่มีระยะเวลาในการขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์เฉลี่ยต่อวันมาก 3. ผู้ที่มีความรู้เรื่องกฎจราจรน้อยจะมีพฤติกรรมการฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจร มากกว่าผู้ที่มีความรู้เรื่องกฎจราจรมาก 4. ผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ได้รับการลงโทษจากการฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจรน้อย จะมีพฤติกรรมการฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจรมากกว่า ผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ได้รับการลงโทษจากการฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจรมาก 5. ผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์การประสบอุบัติเหตุทางการจราจรน้อย จะมีพฤติกรรมการฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจรมากกว่า ผู้ที่เคยประสบอุบัติเหตุทางการจราจรมาก 6. ผู้ที่มีรถจักรยานยนต์ที่มีเครื่องยนต์กำลังสูง จะมีพฤติกรรมการฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจรมากกว่า ผู้ที่มีรถจักรยานยนต์ที่มีเครื่องยนต์กำลังต่ำen
dc.description.abstractalternativeTo study the behaviors and factors affecting traffic violation of motorcycle drivers in Bangkok Metropolis, The empirical data of which were from finally, 192 sets of questionnaire, secondly, indept interview with 20 motorcycle drivers, thirdly, non-participant observation of Witthayu intersection, Saladaeng intersection and Henri Dunant intersection. The hypothesis testing was as follow : age, incomes, driving experience, working condition of the vehicle do not affect traffic violation. The follow ones were confirmed : 1. The less educated drivers violated the law more than the more educated. 2. The drivers with less driving hours per day violated the law more than those with more. 3. The drivers who knew less traffic law violated the law more than those with better knowledge. 4. The drivers with less penalties in traffic law violation violated the law more than those with more. 5. The drivers with less accidence violated the law more than those with more. 6. The drivers with hi-powered of vehicles violated the law more than those with low-powered vehicles. The study conclude with useful academic and practical recommendations.en
