| Abstract: | การมอบอำนาจทางดิจิทัลที่ทำงานร่วมกับระบบพิสูจน์และยืนยันตัวตนทางดิจิทัล สามารถลดเวลาและขั้นตอนในการดำเนินการมอบอำนาจ ทำให้ดำเนินการได้อย่างถูกต้อง ปลอดภัย เชื่อถือได้ งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและสร้างกระบวนการมอบอำนาจทางดิจิทัล ที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสมและทำงานร่วมกับระบบการพิสูจน์และยืนยันตัวตนทางดิจิทัลไทย การพัฒนาต้นแบบระบบการมอบอำนาจทางดิจิทัลในระบบการพิสูจน์และยืนยันตัวตนทางดิจิทัลไทย และทดสอบการยอมรับนวัตกรรมกระบวนการมอบอำนาจทางดิจิทัลในระบบการพิสูจน์และยืนยันตัวตนทางดิจิทัลไทย งานวิจัยนี้มี 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนแรก การสำรวจโอกาสในการสร้างนวัตกรรม ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจากข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 คน การสนทนาอภิปรายกลุ่มย่อยผู้ให้บริการ 6 ท่าน และการสนทนาอภิปรายกลุ่มย่อยผู้ใช้บริการคนสุดท้าย 6 ท่าน พบคุณสมบัติที่เหมาะสม 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ความสะดวก ระบบทำงานในรูปแบบดิจิทัล โดยที่ผู้ใช้ไม่ต้องดำเนินการด้านเอกสารเอง สามารถใช้งานได้ทุกที่ทุกเวลา 2) ความน่าไว้วางใจ โดยใช้การพิสูจน์และยืนยันผู้มอบอำนาจ ผู้มีอำนาจ และผู้รับมอบอำนาจ ผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม NDID 3) ความถูกต้องของข้อมูล โดยการเชื่อมต่อหน่วยงานทะเบียนนิติบุคคล เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องเป็นปัจจุบันที่สุดของผู้มีอำนาจของนิติบุคคลและสิทธิ์ 4) ความเชื่อมั่น ในด้านความปลอดภัย ความเป็นส่วนตัว และการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 5) ความเที่ยงตรง โดยสามารถพิสูจน์และตรวจสอบได้ว่ารายการมอบอำนาจ ถูกต้องเที่ยงตรง ไม่ได้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข 6) ความสมบูรณ์ ครบถ้วนทุกขั้นตอน โดยให้ผู้ใช้ควบคุมและดำเนินการได้เองทุกขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่สอง การพัฒนาต้นแบบระบบการมอบอำนาจทางดิจิทัลในระบบการพิสูจน์และยืนยันตัวตนทางดิจิทัลไทย โดยใช้คุณสมบัติที่เหมาะสมทั้ง 6 ด้าน ต้นแบบระบบการมอบอำนาจทางดิจิทัลได้รับการทดสอบโดยผู้ใช้ 2 ราย ขั้นตอนสุดท้าย เป็นศึกษาการยอมรับด้วยแบบสอบถาม โดยการสํารวจตัวอย่างผู้ใช้งาน 32 คน และผู้ให้บริการ 10 ราย พบว่าผู้ใช้งานยอมรับเทคโนโลยีในระดับสูง มีความพึงพอใจ สนใจ และเห็นคุณค่าของระบบการมอบอำนาจทางดิจิทัล แผนการนําไปใช้ประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์จะเป็นการจัดตั้งธุรกิจแบบสตาร์ทอัพ ให้บริการติดตั้งระบบการมอบอำนาจทางดิจิทัลกับผู้ให้บริการบนแพลตฟอร์มการพิสูจน์และยืนยันตัวตนทางดิจิทัลไทย และคิดค่าตอบแทนการใช้สิทธิ์ โดยใช้เงินทุนเริ่มต้น 1,000,000 บาท จุดคุ้มทุนและระยะเวลาการคืนทุนในปีที่ 3 อัตราผลตอบแทนการลงทุน คือ ร้อยละ 44.31 ณ สิ้นปีที่ 5 |
| Other Abstract: | Digital delegation through the National Digital Identity (NDID) platform is considered more convenient, safe, secure, and reliable than the delegation with a document. The objectives of this research are to study the characteristics and features of the digital delegation process in the Thai NDID platform; to develop, and to test the prototype of the digital delegation process. The development of the delegation process innovation in the Thai NDID platform and the user acceptance study will give stakeholders greater convenience, lower cost, less time consuming, and easier delegation process with confidence and trust to the user community. This research comprises three phases: First is the requirement analysis that identifies the characteristics and features of the delegation process in the NDID platform. Data collected with the in-depth interview with three experts, the focus group of six service providers, and the focus group of six users found six characterization features, 1) Convenience through the digital platform, 2) Reliability via digital authentication and verification, 3) Correctness by getting juristic profile from the business registrar, 4) Trust of the secure transaction and data privacy, 5) Accuracy of delegation information utilizing blockchain technology, and 6) Completeness of the delegation process under user control. Second is the design and development of a prototype system based on the features found. The delegation process prototype and its application were tested by 2 end users. The last phase is the study of user acceptance with the questionnaire survey of 42 participants; 32 users and 10 service providers, and found a high level of user acceptance, interest, and value of the digital delegation system. The commercialization plan is a startup providing system installation services to the service providers in the NDID platform. The initial investment will be 1 million baht. The payback period is in year 3. The Internal Rate of Returns is 44.31% at the end of 5 years. |
