| dc.description.abstract | การเดินทางท่องเที่ยวเป็นการข้ามพรมแดน เรือสำราญเป็นช่องทางสำคัญที่นำนักท่องเที่ยวจำนวนมากเข้าสู่ประเทศ ท่าเรือมีสำคัญใช้ต่อการเปิดรับนักท่องเที่ยว วัตถุประสงค์การศึกษาเพื่อสำรวจสภาพของท่าเรือสำราญไทยปัจจุบันและปัจจัยที่จำเป็นต่อการปรับปรุงพัฒนาท่าเรือสำราญไทย โดยใช้แบบสอบถามและมีตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเนื้อหา ความสอดคล้อง IOC > 0.67 ( ผลการทดสอบความน่าเชื่อถือ ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา > 0.87 และสอบถามกลุ่มกิจการต่อเนื่อง ประกอบด้วยสมาชิก 40 ตัวอย่างจากสมาคมไทยธรุกิจการท่องเที่ยว (ATTA) และกลุ่มผู้มีความชำนาญด้านเรือสำราญ ประกอบด้วยผู้ประกอบการเรือสำราญ 10 ตัวอย่างและสมาชิกสมาคมวิชาชีพเรือสำราญ 7 ตัวอย่าง. ผลวิเคราะห์จากข้อมูลการตอบแบบสอบถาม พบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยระดับความสามารถและสมรรถนะท่าเรือสำราญ กลุ่มกิจการต่อเนื่อง ระดับค่าเฉลี่ยสูง 3.72 กลุ่มผู้มีความชำนาญด้านเรือสำราญ ระดับค่าเฉลี่ยกลาง 2.95 ทั้งสองส่วนมีระดับค่าเฉลี่ยแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ดังนี้ ด้านโครงสร้างท่าเรือ (ปัจจัย 18/45) ด้านการท่องเที่ยว (ปัจจัย 10/19) ด้านลักษณะเรือ (ปัจจัย 1/5) โดยผลการศึกษาเสนอเพื่อนำเสนอต่อการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาท่าเรือสำราญไทย ดังนี้ โครงสร้างท่าเรือ ต้องปรับปรุงความกว้าง ความลึก ท่าเทียบ โดยรัฐต้องสนับสนุนการลงทุน ด้านการท่องเที่ยว สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวควรได้รับการฟื้นฟู ท่าเรือสำราญไทยมีศักยภาพระดับหนึ่ง แต่ยังต้องการส่งเสริมการลงทุนจากภาครัฐมากขึ้นเพื่อยกระดับความสามรถและสมรรถนะท่าเรือสำราญไทย | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | There are many ways to travel across borders. A cruise ship is one of them which can take the throng of rich travelers to our country. A seaport is a major gateway for cruises. This study was intended to explore the present status of Thai ports and which factors were needed to improve. The investigator had designed the questionnaires. To determine content validity, the Item-Objective Congruence index (IOC) had to be > 0.67. To test the reliability of the responses, the Cronbach alpha coefficient had to be > 0.87. The questionnaires were sent purposively to the Continuing Business (CB) group comprising of 40 members of the Association of Thai Travel Agency (ATTA) and to the Cruise Specialists (CS) group comprising of 10 cruise specialists and 7 members of the Cruise Ship Professional Association. The questionnaire responses were analyzed. According to the CB group, the potential range was high 3.72; however, among the CS group, it was moderate 2.95. Both groups scored significantly different, especially in the infrastructure (18/45 factors), travel destinations (10/19 factors), and the ship’s characteristics (1/5 factors). The strategic plans to further development were suggested, including the port’s infrastructure. Moreover, width, depth, number, and location should be appropriately designed and tailored. The Government should be responsible for the investment and tourist attractions should be restored and maintained. The Thai ports have potentials for cruise travel; however, they need more government investment to improve. | - |
