dc.description.abstractการวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรม และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการจอดรับส่ง ผู้โดยสารของผู้ขับรถแท็กซี่ที่ฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจร เพื่อค้นหาข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์ ในการหาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาจราจรในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยศึกษาเฉพาะผู้ขับรถแท็กซี่ในบริษัทพระราม 9 ทรานสปอร์ต จำกัด โดยใช้เครื่องมือคือ 1. แบบสอบถาม จำนวน 335 ชุด 2. การสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกผู้ขับรถแท็กซี่ 20 คน 3. สังเกตการณ์แบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม บริเวณ แยกหัวลำโพง แยกมหานคร และแยกสามย่าน ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า รายได้ ระยะเวลาการขับรถเฉลี่ยต่อวัน ประสบการณ์การประสบอุบัติเหตุทางการจราจร และสภาพการใช้งานของรถ ไม่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการจอด รับ-ส่ง ผู้โดยสารที่ฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจร และพบว่า 1. ผู้ที่มีอายุน้อยจะมีพฤติกรรมการจอด รับ-ส่ง ผู้โดยสารที่ฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจรมากกว่า ผู้ที่มีอายุมาก 2. ผู้ที่มีระดับการศึกษาน้อยจะมีพฤติกรรมการจอด รับ-ส่ง ผู้โดยสารที่ฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจรมากกว่า ผู้ที่มีการศึกษามากกว่า 3. ผู้ที่ไม่มีความรู้เรื่องกฎจราจรจะมีพฤติกรรมการจอด รับ-ส่ง ผู้โดยสารที่ฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจรมากกว่า ผู้ที่มีความรู้เรื่องกฎจราจร 4. ผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์การขับรถน้อยจะมีพฤติกรรมการจอด รับ-ส่ง ผู้โดยสารที่ฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจรมากกว่า ผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์การขับรถสูง 5. ผู้ที่เคยได้รับการลงโทษจากการฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจรน้อยจะมีพฤติกรรมการจอด รับ-ส่ง ผู้โดยสารที่ฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจรมากกว่า ผู้ที่เคยได้รับการลงโทษจากการฝ่าฝืนกฎจราจรมากกว่าen
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe objective of this research was to study behaviors and factors affecting traffic violation of taxi drivers in Bangkok Metropolis, the empirical data of which were from 1. 335 sets of questionnaire 2. Indept interview with 20 taxi drivers 3. Non-participation observation of Hualamphong intersection, Mahanakhon intersection and Samyan intersection. The hypothesis testing was as follow : incomes, the average driving hours per day, experience in traffic accident and working condition of the vehical do not affect to the drivers's parking habit for the passengers who violated the traffic laws. But follow ones were confirmed : 1. The youngers violated the law more than the older ones. 2. The less educated drivers violated the law more than the more educated oned. 3. The taxi drivers whose knew less traffic laws violated the law more than those who had better knowledge ones. 4. The drivers whose less driving experience violated the law more than those who had more experience 5. The drivers who had less penalties in traffic law violation violated the law more than those who had more. The study conclude with useful academic and practical recommendations.en
