| Abstract: | ร้านยาจัดเป็นหน่วยบริการสุขภาพชนิดปฐมภูมิที่อยู่ใกล้ชิดและได้รับความนิยมจากประชาชนเป็นอย่างมาก เนื่องมาจากความสะดวกและรวดเร็วในการเข้ารับบริการ ร้านยายังมีบทบาทสำคัญเสมือนเป็น " ที่พึ่งด้านสุขภาพของชุมชน"ดังนั้นการเพิ่มบทบาทเภสัชกรครอบครัวจึงน่าจะมีประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งในการเพิ่มคุณค่าแก่วิชาชีพเภสัชกรการศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาหาความสัมพันธ์ของประเภทร้านยา ความรับรู้ ทัศนคติ กับความคาดหวังของเภสัชกรร้านยาที่มีต่อบทบาทเภสัชกรครอบครัว โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลจากเภสัชกรร้านยาเดี่ยวที่เข้าร่วมการประชุมสัมมนาในช่วงระหว่างเวลาที่ดำเนินการศึกษาด้วยวิธีสุ่มตามสะดวกจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 114 คน ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ส่วนใหญ่มาจากร้านยาเดี่ยวที่มีเภสัชกรที่มีอายุ 50 ปีขึ้นไปและมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในร้านยามากกว่า 20 ปีทั้งในเขตกรุงเทพและต่างจังหวัด จากการศึกษาพบว่ากิจกรรมเชิงวิชาชีพของร้านยาโดยส่วนใหญ่คือ การให้ความรู้และการแก้ไขความเชื่อที่ผิดของผู้ป่วยในเรื่องโรค สุขภาพและยา ส่วนใหญ่มีความรับรู้ต่อบทบาทเภสัชกรครอบครัวมากกว่าร้อยละ 70 และมีทัศนคติที่ดีในเรื่องของบทบาทในการให้คำปรึกษาทางด้านยา , อาหารเสริม ,สมุนไพร และสุขภาพให้แก่ผู้ป่วยและครอบครัวเภสัชกรร้านยาโดยส่วนใหญ่แล้วมีความคาดหวังมากต่อบทบาท เภสัชกรครอบครัว และคาดหวังมากที่สุดในเรื่องของการที่เภสัชกรครอบครัวช่วยให้เกิดระบบการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยไป โรงพยาบาลที่ดีขึ้นในการศึกษานี้ยังพบว่าการทำกิจกรรมของร้านยาในเชิงวิชาชีพและทัศนคติจะมีความสัมพันธ์กับ ความหวังต่อบทบาทเภสัชกรครอบครัว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ค่า P-value <0.05 การวิจัยนี้จึงสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางเบื้องต้นในการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายในการสร้างบทบาทเภสัชกรครอบครัว ของเภสัชกรร้านยา โดยมุ่งเน้นไปที่ปัจจัยส่งเสริมให้เภสัชกรร้านยาทำกิจกรรมในเชิงวิชาชีพให้มากขึ้น รวมทั้งการ สร้างทัศนคติที่ดีต่อบทบาทเภสัชกรครอบครัว |
| Other Abstract: | pharmacy is a primary health care unit that is close to and popular in public du nience and saving time to get reach of service. Pharmacies are also an impor "community-based health supporter". Therefore, increasing the role of family pharmacists in community pharmacists is likely to be beneficially enhancing pharmacists' profession. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between pharmacy characteristic , perception, attitudes and expectations of community pharmacists toward family pharmacists' roles. The questionnaire was used to collect data from 114 pharmacists who participated in the seminar during the time of randomized study. The results of this study is almost of pharmacists came from a single drug store are over 50 years old and have worked in drug stores for more than 20 years, both in Bangkok and other provinces. The study found that the pharmacist's main activity was acknowledge patients' knowledge and beliefs that is wrong about disease , health and drugs. Most of pharmacists have more perception to the role of family pharmacists than 70 percent and good attitude towards their counseling about medicines, supplements, herbs and health for patients and pharmacist pharmacists have a high expectation toward the role of family pharmacist. And the most expectation in having a family pharmacist's roles are pharmacist can help patients by referring patients to the hospital. It was found that the professional pharmacist's activities and attitudes were related to the expectation of the role of family pharmacist at the statistical significance is P-value <0.05. This research can be used as a preliminary guideline to drive policy on the role of family pharmacist to happen in pharmacy by focusing on the factors that encourage community pharmacists to practice more professionally including supporting positive attitudes in community pharmacist towards the role of family pharmacist. |
