| Abstract: | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเลือกวิธีการลดน้ำหนักของคนไทย จำนวน 96 คน โดยใช้แบบทดสอบเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ สถิติไคสแควร์ โครงการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน เรื่อง “ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเลือกวิธีการลดน้ำหนัก” มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ วัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 1. ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเลือกวิธีการลดน้ำหนัก 2. ศึกษาวิธีการลดน้ำหนักแบบต่าง ๆ 3. ทำให้คนเลือกวิธีการลดน้ำหนักที่เหมาะกับไลพ์สไตล์ของแต่ละคนอย่างเหมาะสม ขอบเขตการวิจัยคือศึกษาเฉพาะกลุ่มคนไทยที่กำลังอยู่ในโปรแกรมการลดน้ำหนัก หรือเคยเข้าโปรแกรมการลดน้ำหนักอย่างน้อย 1 วิธี ผลการวิจัยที่ได้แสดงให้เห็นว่า รูปร่าง สถานภาพและที่พักอาศัยเป็นปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเลือกวิธีการลดน้ำหนัก |
| Other Abstract: | This study aimed to study factors affecting the choice of weight loss method of 96 Thai citizen using the test as a tool to collect data and analyze the data by statistical data such as frequency, percentage, mean, and chi-square statistics. The research project, " Factors towards the weight loss control program ", aims to: 1 . Study the factors affecting the choice of weight loss method. 2 . Study different ways to lose weight. 3 . Make people choose the weight loss method that suits each person's style appropriately. The research scope is to study specific groups of Thai people who have been in the weight loss program, or have attended at least one weight loss program. The results of the research have shown that body shape, status and accommodation are factors affecting the choice of weight loss method. |
