dc.description.abstractalternative	The Development of Computer Network Project tends to study the applications of information technology in library and information work, database services provided, as well as the impact of technology toward information services. The data were gathered by questionnaire and interviewing 11 libraries participated in the Computer Network Project, which initially sponsored by NECTEC to create the Science and Technology Information database. The existing conditions can tell how much the libraries are ready to link their database together and from a computer networking system in order to effectively access, retrieve, and use the S & T information.	en
