dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการจัดการกับอาการร่วมกับการนวดแผนไทยต่อความเหนื่อยล้าในผู้ป่วยไตวายเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้ายที่รับการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยไตวายเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้ายที่รับการฟอกเลือดสัปดาห์ละ 2 ครั้ง ที่มีอายุระหว่าง 20-59 ปี ณ หน่วยไตเทียม มูลนิธิโรคไตแห่งประเทศไทย ตึกกัลยาณิวัฒนา โรงพยาบาลสงฆ์จำนวน 40 ราย และทำการจับคู่อายุกับระดับการศึกษา จากนั้นจับสลากเพื่อสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างเข้ากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 20 คน กลุ่มทดลองได้รับการจัดการกับอาการร่วมกับการนวดแผนไทย ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแผนการสอนสุขภาพและคู่มือ ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบประเมินความเหนื่อยล้าของ Piper et al. (1998) วิเคราะห์หาความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือโดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาคได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .93 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญมีดังนี้ 1. ความเหนื่อยล้าของผู้ป่วยไตวายเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้ายที่รับการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียมในกลุ่มทดลองภายหลังได้รับการจัดการกับอาการร่วมกับการนวดแผนไทยน้อยกว่าก่อนได้รับการจัดการกับอาการร่วมกับการนวดแผนไทย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. ภายหลังการทดลองความเหนื่อยล้าของผู้ป่วยไตวายเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้ายที่รับการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียมในกลุ่มทดลองน้อยกว่าความเหนื่อยล้าของผู้ป่วยในกลุ่มควบคุม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this experimental research was to study the effect of symptom management combined with Thai traditional massage. The sample was 40 patients receiving hemodialysis twice per week, at the Hemodialysis Unit, Kidney Foundation of Thailand, Galyani Valthana building, Priests Hospital, which were matched into 20 pairs considering age and education as the selected variables. Then the subjects were randomly assigned into one experimental group and one control group. The experimental group received nursing care according to symptom management concept combined with Thai Traditional massage, while the control group received rountine nursing care. Research instruments were a health teaching plan with a patient manual which were tested for content validity by experts. Fatigue Questionnaire according to Piper et al. (1998) was used in data gathering process. The reliability of this questionnaire (Cronbach's alpha coefficient) was .93. Descriptive statistics and t-test were used in data analysis. Major research findings were as follows : 1. The fatigue of end stage renal failure patients receiving hemodialysis in experimental group after receiving nursing care according to symptom management concept combined with thai traditional massage was significantly lower than before experiment, at the .05 level. 2. After the experiment the fatigue of end stage renal failure patients receiving hemodialysis in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the patients in the control group	en
