dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการคือ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์บทบาทของศูนย์การเรียนรู้ มหาชีวาลัยอีสานในการสร้างกระบวนการเศรษฐกิจชุมชนตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง 2)ศึกษากระบวนการขยายเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ของศูนย์การเรียนรู้มหาชีวาลัยอีสาน และ 3)เพื่อให้ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชนตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงการศึกษาได้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ และเก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การเข้าร่วมสังเกตการณ์และการจัดสนทนากลุ่ม ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า องค์กรชุมชนได้เข้ามามีบทบาทในการสร้างความมั่นคงทางเศรษฐกิจของชุมชนตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงโดยการกระตุ้นให้คนในชุมชนชนบทมีวิธีคิดและมุมมองใหม่ๆในการทำการเกษตรและการสร้างภาคีความร่วมมือกับภาคีส่วนต่างๆเพื่อเพิ่มพลังความเข้มแข็งให้กับองค์กรชุมชนในการขับเคลื่อนกระบวนการทำงาน กระบวนการกระตุ้นสำนึกและวิธีคิดใหม่ๆที่ขับเคลื่อนโดยมหาชีวาลัยอีสาน ส่งผลให้คนจำนวนหนึ่งในชุมชนพื้นที่จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์และใกล้เคียงได้ค้นพบตนเองว่า ยิ่งเรียนรู้ยิ่งอยากทดลอง และยิ่งมีการพัฒนามากขึ้นจนสามารถค้นพบวิถีทางที่เหมาะสมในการสร้างอาชีพที่มั่นคงให้ กับตนเอง เงื่อนไขสำคัญที่ทำให้กระบวนการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชนเกิดผลลัพธ์อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมคือ ศักยภาพและความสามารถของผู้นำองค์กรชุมชนที่เข้ามามีบทบาทในการขับเคลื่อนให้การทำงานดำเนินไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่าการพัฒนาจะนำไปสู่การพึ่งตนเองที่ยั่งยืน ได้นั้น การสร้างแกนนำที่เกิดขึ้นตามธรรมชาติเพื่อสานต่อการทำงานให้มีความต่อเนื่อง จึงมีความสำคัญและจำเป็น	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research are.:.1).toanalyze the role of the Mahashevalai Isan Centre in promoting the application of self-sufficiency development.; 2).to study how Mahashevalai Isan has expanded its networking to a wider society.; and3).to suggest a way in which farmers can overcome their economic risks..This study was carried out using qualitative research methods and the data was collected via in-depth interview, participant observation and group discussion. The results of the study show that the economic risk of farmers is caused by the practice of mono-cropping resulting in the degradation of the land and leading tothe extensive use of chemicalsin farming..This situation has forced farmers into facing such problems as a high cost of production, indebtedness and becoming at economic risk. Mahashevalai Isan has become involved in managing these economic risks through using the process of developing the learning consciousness of farmers so that they can develop alternative thinking and practices in farming..This practice of more learning and more experimentation has made some farmers in Buriram and nearby provinces become more aware of their attitude to learning..They have discovered in themselves a love of learning and a greater desire to experiment, leading them to become more open to creating new agricultural activities that will enhance their standard of living. Strong leadership by Mahashevalai Isan’s leader has made a crucial contribution to theachievement of these development goals..This study suggests that if the process of “learning from experience” is to continue to be performed, building strong and potential leaders will be both necessary and important.	en_US
