dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการจัดหลักสูตรคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา จำนวน 5 โรงเรียน ที่มีการจัดหลักสูตรคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารฝ่ายวิชาการ ครูหัวหน้ากลุ่มการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพ ครูผู้สอนคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบสังเกตการณ์สอน และแบบศึกษาเอกสาร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา แล้วนำเสนอในลักษณะของการบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.ด้านการเตรียมการจัดหลักสูตร โรงเรียนมีการวางแผนการจัดหลักสูตร จัดทำแผนการสอน จัดเตรียมบุคลากรโดยสนับสนุนให้หาความรู้เพิ่มเติม จัดครูเข้าสอนตามความสามารถความต้องการและความพึงพอใจ จัดหาและจัดทำเอกสารประกอบหลักสูตร จัดเตรียมสื่อและอุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอนโดยได้รับการบริจาคเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์จากสมาคมผู้ปกครองนักเรียนและครูและสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร จัดเตรียมสถานที่ที่ใช้สอนโดยจัดเป็นห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์จัดเตรียมการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอนและมีการประชาสัมพันธ์หลักสูตร ด้านปัญหาพบว่า ครูผู้สอนไม่แน่ใจในคุณภาพของแผนการสอนและเครื่องมือวัดและประเมินผลการเรียน จำนวนครูผู้สอนและเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ไม่เพียงพอกับจำนวนนักเรียน โรงเรียนขาดงบประมาณในการซื้อซอฟท์แวร์และโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน การจัดสภาพห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์ยังไม่ได้มาตรฐาน ขาดบุคลากรที่มีความรู้เรื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ที่สามารถเป็นผู้นิเทศครูผู้สอนได้ 2.ด้านการดำเนินการจัดหลักสูตร โรงเรียนส่งเสริมการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานให้สอดคล้องกับจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร และยึดครูผู้สอนเป็นศูนย์กลาง ครูใช้วิธีการบรรยายประกอบการสาธิตให้นักเรียนฝึกปฏิบัติจริงในการใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ สอดแทรกคุณธรรม จริยธรรม เจตคติที่ดีระหว่างสอนนักเรียน ประเมินผลการเรียนก่อนการเรียนการสอนระหว่างการเรียนการสอน และหลังการเรียนการสอน นิเทศการเรียนการสอนโดยผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารฝ่ายวิชาการ วิธีการนิเทศการเรียนการสอนที่ใช้ได้แก่การเยี่ยมชั้นเรียนและสอบถามปัญหา ปัญหาที่โรงเรียนพบคือ ขาดครูผู้สอนและเวลาที่ใช้สอนไม่เพียงพอ ครูไม่แน่ใจในคุณภาพของเครื่องมือวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนที่ครูสร้างขึ้นเอง และไม่มีการจัดตั้งคณะกรรมการในการนิเทศ และขาดการวางแผนดำเนินการนิเทศอย่างเป็นกระบวนการและต่อเนื่อง 3. ด้านการติดตามประเมินผลการจัดหลักสูตร โรงเรียนมีการดำเนินการติดตามประเมินผลการเตรียมการจัดหลักสูตรโดยการสอบถามจากผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารฝ่ายวิชาการ ครูผู้สอน สังเกตการณ์ปฏิบัติงาน ศึกษาจากแผนการปฏิบัติงานของโรงเรียน และมีการติดตามประเมินผลการดำเนินการจัดหลักสูตรตลอดทั้งปีการศึกษา ปัญหาที่พบคือ โรงเรียนขาดแคลนเครื่องมือในการติดตามประเมินผลการจัดหลักสูตรen
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research was to study state and problems of organization of basic computer curriculum in elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the office of Bangkok Primary Education. The samples were primary schools in Bangkok used basic computer curriculum. The obtained data were from administrators, vice academic director, work oriented experiences head teachers, and computer teachers. Research instruments were consisted of semi-structured interview form, observation form, and document study form. The data were statistically analyzed by means of content analysis method and presented in table with description. The findings were as follows: 1.At the preparation stage, curriculum organization was planned by assigning computer teachers, in charged personnel were assigned and encouraged for further study. Teachers were assigned according to their skills, needs and contentment, curriculum documents and evaluation materials were also provided. Computers were donated by parents teachers association and member of the parliament. In addition, computer labs and curriculum were arranged and public relation was released. Problems reported were lesson plans and evaluation instruments were not convinced teachers in their qualities, inappropriated number of teachers and insufficient instructional materials, lack of budget in providing software and CAI program, computer labs were inappropriated, and lack of qualified supervisor 2.At the operation stage, teachers were encouraged to organize instructional activities with emphasis on teacher centered, description with demonstration method by intervening the ethics were used, evaluation was conducted visiting classrooms and problem interview by school administrators and academic vice-directors were used as methods of supervision. Problems were insufficient time and teacher for teaching, supervision committees were not appointed and lack of continuous supervision planning.3.At the evaluation stage, interview, observation and operation plan methods were used by means of evaluation, evaluation follow-up was made through academic year. Problem reported was lack of organizational curriculum evaluation instruments.en
