dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์มโนทัศน์เรื่องคอร์รัปชั่นและวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคอร์รัปชั่นและศีลธรรม ผลการวิเคราะห์มโมทัศน์พบว่าคอร์รัปชั่นมีแก่นความหมายอยู่ที่ความเบี่ยงเบนไปจากเป้าหมายหรือบรรทัดฐานขององค์กร นอกจากนี้ ยังพบว่าในเชิงมโนทัศน์แล้ว คอร์รัปชั่นและศีลธรรมไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กัน ดังนั้น จึงสามารถพบกรณีของการคอร์รัปชั่นที่ไม่เป็นการกระทำผิดเชิงศีลธรรมได้ อย่างไรก็ตาม มีนักวิชาการที่ไม่เห็นด้วยกับข้อสรุปดังกล่าวและเสนอวิธีการที่จะให้ความผิดเชิงศีลธรรมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของมโนทัศน์เรื่องคอร์รัปชั่น การพิจารณาแสดงว่าวิธีการเหล่านี้ยังมีปัญหาอยู่งานวิจัยนี้จึงเสนอทางออกทางอื่นเพื่อให้สามารถเชื่อมโยงความผิดเชิงศีลธรรมเข้ากับมโนทัศน์เรื่องคอร์รัปชั่นได้	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	This research has as its objectives a conceptual analysis of corruption and an analysis of relationship between corruption and morality. The conceptual analysis shows that the essence of corruption is deviation from an organization's goals or norms. In addition, it is found that. Conceptually speaking, corruption and morality are not related. As a result, cases can be found in which corruption is performed but that action is not morally wrong. However, some scholars disagree with this conclusion and, consequently, propose ways to include moral wrongfulness as part of the concept of corruption. A critical consideration shows that these ways are problematic. Therefore, another solution is proposed so that moral wrongfulness can be connected to the concept of corruption.	en_US
