| Abstract: | การวิจัยศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบ การปรับตัวด้านบทบาทหน้าที่ของมารดาในระยะหลังคลอด ในมารดาที่คลอดบุตรคนแรกที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการพยาบาลเพื่อเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ กับมารดาที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ มารดาครรภ์แรกที่เข้ารับการฝากครรภ์ และได้รับการดูแลหลังคลอดที่โรงพยาบาลสุราษฎร์ธานี จำนวน 40 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มควบคุม 20 คน กลุ่มทดลอง 20 คน จับคู่ตามช่วงอายุและระดับการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นมารดาวัยผู้ใหญ่ (60.0%) การศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมัธยมศึกษาหรือต่ำกว่า (75.0%) และมีรายได้ครอบครัวเฉลี่ย ต่ำกว่า 10,000 บาทต่อเดือน (85.0%) กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการพยาบาลเพื่อเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองคือ แผนการสอน คู่มือการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ เพื่อการปรับตัวด้านบทบาทหน้าที่ของมารดาในระยะหลังคลอด และแบบสอบถามการปรับตัวด้านบทบาทหน้าที่ในระยะหลังคลอด ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาและมีความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.82 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเปรียบเทียบหาค่าที (Independent t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับการปรับตัวด้านบทบาทหน้าที่ของมารดาในระยะหลังคลอดของมารดาครรภ์แรก ที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการพยาบาลเพื่อเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ สูงกว่ากลุ่มมารดาที่ได้รับพยาบาลตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t =-4.86, p < .05) นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า การปรับตัวด้านบทบาทหน้าที่ของมารดาในส่วนของสัมพันธภาพ และการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมการดูแลบุตรแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองกับกลุ่มควบคุม (t = -4.03 และ t = -4.55, p < .05 ตามลำดับ) ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า โปรแกรมการพยาบาลเพื่อเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ ช่วยให้การปรับตัวด้านบทบาทหน้าที่ของมารดาในระยะหลังคลอดสูงขึ้น และเสนอให้เห็นแนวทางการนำไปใช้ในด้านการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล การศึกษาและการวิจัย |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this quasi-experimental research was to compare maternal role adaptation during the postpartal period between primigravidas who received nursing empowerment program (NE program) and those who received conventional nursing care. The sample was obtained from primigravidas who attended the prenatal clinic and were admitted to the postpartum ward at Suratthani Hospital. Twenty subjects each were randomly assigned to either the experimental or control group. The groups were matched with regard to age and educational level. Majority of the subjects was adult mothers (60.0%), completed high school or less (75.0%), and had average monthly family income leass than ฿10,000 (85.0%). Research instrument included 1) NE program lesson plan and handbook and 2) maternal role adaptation questionnaire. The instruments were content validated and tested for reliability (Cronbach alpha 0.82). Data were analyzed by using independent t-test. The finding revealed that the maternal role adaptation during the postpartal period in primigravidas who received NE program was significantly higher than those who received conventional nursing care (t = -4.86, p < .05). Furthermore, the maternal role adaptation in the aspects of mother-infant attachment and infant care were significantly different between the experiment and control group (t = -4.03 and t = -4.55, p < .05). The finding suggests that NE program could be implemented in order to enhance maternal role adaptation during the postpartal period especially for the primigravidas |
