dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการตรวจติดตามเชื้อไข้หวัดนกสายพันธุ์ H5N1 ในตลาดสดและตลาดค้าสัตว์ปีกในพื้นที่ภาคกลางของประเทศไทย ระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคม 2549 ถึงสิงหาคม 2550 จำนวน 976 ตัวอย่าง ผลการวิจัยพบเชื้อไข้หวัดนกจำนวน 12 ตัวอย่าง จากสัตว์ปีกในตลาดสด และตลาดค้าสัตว์ปีก และผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์พบว่าไวรัสไข้หวัดนกที่แยกได้จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีลักษณะทางพันธุกรรมใกล้เคียงกับเชื้อไวรัสที่แยกได้ในปี 2547-2548 การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นรายงานแรกในประเทศไทยที่รายงานการตรวจติดตามเชื้อไข้หวัดนกสายพันธุ์ H5N1 ในตลาดสดและตลาดค้าสัตว์ปีกในประเทศไทย	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	A surveillance program for Influenza A viruses (H5N1) was conducted in live bird markets and food markets in central region of Thailand during July 2006-August 2007. Twelve H5N1 viruses were isolated from 967 samples of both live birds and bird meats from the markets. Our report showed that H5N1 viruses circulating in live birds and bird meats are genetically related to H5N1 viruses in 2004-5 in Thailand. This reports is the first report of surveillance of H5N1 in live markets and food markets in Thailand.	en
