dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษากระบวนการผลิตและการกำหนดประเด็นในการนำเสนอ แบบแผนปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพิธีกรและวิทยากร และทัศนคติของผู้ชมที่มีต่อรายการสุขภาพทางโทรทัศน์ กรณีศึกษารายการพลิกฟื้น สุขภาพคนเมืองและรายการวาไรตี้พลิกฟื้นสุขภาพ โดยใช้แนวคิดเรื่องระบบการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์สมัยใหม่ ทฤษฎีชาติพันธุ์วรรณนาแห่งการสื่อสารของเดลล์ ไฮมส์ และชาวิลล์-ทรอยก์ แนวคิดเรื่องภาษาแสดงความสุภาพ ของบราวน์และเลวินสัน และแนวคิดเรื่องวาทกรรมกับการวิเคราะห์วาทกรรม เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการกำหนดประเด็นความคิดในการนำเสนอ โครงสร้างของเนื้อหารายการ รูปแบบรายการและแบบแผนปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง พิธีกรและวิทยากร และทัศนคติของผู้รับสารที่มีต่อการชมรายการและต่อปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพิธีกรและวิทยากร โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยการศึกษาจากเอกสารกำหนดประเด็น การมีส่วนร่วมในรายการของผู้วิจัยในฐานะพิธีกรรายการ และการจัดสนทนากลุ่มย่อยจากผู้ชมรายการผลการวิจัยพบว่า รายการพลิกฟื้นสุขภาพคนเมืองจะมีการกำหนดประเด็นในการนำเสนอโดยมุ่งเน้นเรื่องโรคที่เกี่ยวกับอวัยวะเฉพาะส่วนมากที่สุด ส่วนรายการวาไรตี้พลิกฟื้นสุขภาพจะเน้นการนำเสนอในเรื่องการดูแล สุขภาพทั่วๆไป โดยทั้งสองรายการเน้นแนวคิดเรื่องระบบการแพทย์สมัยใหม่และการพึ่งสถาบันแพทย์แบบแผนปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพิธีกรและวิทยากรร่วมรายการ สามารถแบ่งออกได้เป็น 4 เหตุการณ์สื่อสารใหญ่ๆ คือ การกล่าวเปิดช่วง การแนะนำวิทยากร การถามตอบ การกล่าวปิดช่วงโดยใช้เกณฑ์ตามการเปลี่ยน เนื้อหาการสื่อสาร และในแต่ละเหตุการณ์สื่อสารประกอบด้วยวัจนกรรมสื่อสาร ดังนี้ วัจนกรรมเกริ่นนำ วัจนกรรมแนะนำวิทยากร วัจนกรรมทักทาย วัจนกรรมเรียกขาน วัจนกรรมแจ้งให้ทราบ วัจนกรรมอธิบาย วัจนกรรมย้ำเตือน วัจนกรรมสั่งการ วัจนกรรมเล่าความ วัจนกรรมอ้างอิง วัจนกรรมขอบคุณ และวัจนกรรมเชิญชวน ทัศนคติของผู้ชมที่มีต่อรายการ คือ ต้องการให้รายการสุขภาพทางโทรทัศน์มีทั้งสาระและความสนุกสนานผสมกัน และผู้ชมจะเชื่อในสิ่งที่แพทย์พูดมากกว่าวิทยากรทั่วไป และยังคงต้องการให้รูปแบบรายการเป็น การสัมภาษณ์โดยมีพิธีกรเป็นตัวแทนของผู้ชมในการขอความรู้จากวิทยากร	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	This research was conducted to investigate the interaction between host and guests , the process of production and the audience attitude toward Thai television health programs in Ethnography of Communication. Case study "Prik furn Sukkapab Kon Mueng" and "Variety Prik furn Sukkapab" with the concept and theoretical framework of Thai Medical Service System and Western Medical Service System, An ethnography of communication by Dell Hymes and Saville-troike ,The Polite way of Language by Brown and Levinson and Discourse Analysis. Base on these frameworks, this research investigated methods of conceptualizing issue that presenting in the programs, content's structure of the program, analyzing the form of interaction between host and guests and audience attitude by using qualitative research method and ethonography method.The research found that "Prik furn Sukkapab Kon Mueng" program submitted the theoretical of Biomedicine while "Variety Prik furn Sukkapab" submitted the theoretical of health care system. Bothprograms emphasized on modern medical system and the patience should rely on medical institute.The form of interaction between host and guest consisted of 4 communicative events, which are the opening session, the introducing session, the question & answer session and the ending session. In each communicative event contained many speech act such as speech acts of introduction, introducing guest, greeting, calling, announcing, explaining, warning, ordering, telling story, reference, showing appreciation and inviting.The audiences' attitudes toward health program were as follows. The interviewing between host and guest should be a combination of essence of knowledge and relaxed style, and the audience still trusted the doctor's messages more than other guests' messages.	en
