| Abstract: | ศึกษาการเพิ่มผลิตภาพการผลิตภายในโรงงาน โดยเริ่มจากการศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปของโรงงาน ศึกษาปัฐหาและสาเหตุของปัญญา จากการศึกษาพบว่ามีปัญหาอยู่ด้วยกัน 3 อย่างคือ ปัญหาผลิตภาพต่ำและปัญหาของเสียมีมาก ส่วนสาเหตุของปัญหามาจากคนขาดความชำนาญในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ และเวลาสูญเสียของเครื่องจักรมีมาก ดังนั้นจึงได้ดเสนอแนวทางการแก้ไขโดยจัดให้มีการฝึกอบรมแก่พนักงาน และจัดทำระบบบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันมาใช้เพื่อแก้ปัญหาภายในโรงงาน หลังการพัฒนาระบบแล้วพบว่า เวลาสูญเสียของเครื่องจักรลดลงจาก 61,059 ชั่วโมงต่อเดือน เหลือ 52.187 ชั่วโมงต่อเดือน หรือคิดเป็นเวลาสูญเสียเครื่องจักรจากเวลาทั้งหมด โดยเฉี่ยลดลงจาก 5.80 เปอร็เซ็นต์ เป็น 4.95 เปอร์เซ็นต์ เพิ่มความสามารถในการผลิตจาก 370,760 ตัวต่อเดือน เป็น 377,655 ตัวต่อเดือน หรือเทียบกับกำลังการผลิตจะเพิ่มขึ้นจาก 71.3 เปอร์เซ็นต์ เป็น 72.6 เปอร์เซ็นต์ และเพิ่มโอกาสทางการขาย 16,692,792 บาทต่อเดือน |
| Other Abstract: | To improve productivity in hardisk drive factory. The research begins with looking in general circumstances, studies problems and finds root causes. From the study, it is found that 2 major problems are low productivity and high reject production. Root causes manily due to the lack of labor skill and machines breakdown. Thus, the solution to these problems are labor training and preventive maintenance. As a result, machine downtime reduces from 61,059 hrs/monthe to 52,187 hrs/mouth or from 5.80% to 4.95%. Production rate increase from 370,760 pcs./mounth to 377,655 pcs/mouth or 71.3% tp 72.6% of production capacity. |
