dc.description.abstractศึกษาความต้องการการนิเทศเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรของครูคณิตศาสตร์ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูคณิตศาสตร์ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ปีการศึกษา 2542 จำนวน 408 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสำรวจความรู้ความเข้าใจชนิดเลือกตอบ (Multiple Choices) เกี่ยวกับความรู้ความเข้าใจการใช้หลักสูตรของครูคณิตศาสตร์ จำนวน 408 ฉบับ ได้รับคืนสมบูรณ์ 408 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100.00 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต (X) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D) และนำมาหาระดับความต้องการการนิเทศเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรของครูคณิตศาสตร์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความต้องการการนิเทศเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรของครูคณิตศาสตร์ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา แบ่งเป็น 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการแปลงหลักสูตรไปสู่การสอน ด้านการจัดปัจจัยและสภาพแวดล้อมเพื่อการใช้หลักสูตรและด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน พบว่า ด้านการแปลงหลักสูตรไปสู่การสอน ครูคณิตศาสตร์ มีความต้องการการนิเทศเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับมาก ในเรื่องการเตรียมเอกสารประกอบหลักสูตร และเรื่องการจัดทำกำหนดการสอน และมีความต้องการการนิเทศเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ในเรื่องความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรและเรื่องการจัดทำแผนการสอนด้านการจัดปัจจัยและสภาพแวดล้อมเพื่อการใช้หลักสูตร พบว่า ครูคณิตศาสตร์มีความต้องการการนิเทศเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับปานกลางในเรื่องการจัดบรรยากาศและสภาพแวดล้อมในชั้นเรียน เรื่องการประชาสัมพันธ์การใช้หลักสูตรและเรื่องนิเทศและติดตามผลการใช้หลักสูตร และมีความต้องการการนิเทศอยู่ในระดับน้อย ในเรื่องการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร และเรื่องการเตรียมตัวครูผู้สอน และด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน พบว่า ครูคณิตศาสตร์มีความต้องการนิเทศเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตร อยู่ในระดับปานกลางในเรื่องการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนและเรื่องการผลิตและการใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอน และมีความต้องการการนิเทศเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตร อยู่ในระดับน้อย ในเรื่องวิธีสอนและเทคนิคการสอน เรื่องการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมการเรียนการสอน และเรื่องการวัดผลและประเมินผลen
dc.description.abstractalternativeStudies the supervisory needs concerning curriculum implementation of mathematics teachers in elementary schools under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Prachinburi Provincial Primary Education. The samples were 408 mathematics teachers who were teaching in the elementary schools under the Jurisdiction of the office of Prachinburi Provincial Primary Education of the academic year 1999. The instrument used was multiple-choice survey checklists concerning the curriculum implementation of mathematics teaches. Four hundred and eight copies of questionnaires were sent, four hundred and eight copies or 100.00 percent were completed and returned. Data were analyzed by using percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation, then rated into levels of needs. Research findings were as follows: Supervisory needs concerning curriculum implementation of mathematics teachers in elementary schools were divided into three aspects namely ; The curriculum application to instruction, the management of factors and environment related to curriculum implemantation, and the instructional procedure. There were founded that for curriculum application to instruction mathematics teachers supervisory needs were as the high level in curriculum documents and lesson plan preparation, at the moderate level in curriculum understanding and preparing instructional plans. For factors and environment management for curriculum implementation, it was founded that they were at the moderate level in the organizing of atmosphere and classroom environment, public relations on the curriculum implementation, and curriculum implementation supervision and follow-up, and were at the low level in teachers preparation and curriculum supplementary activities. For instruction procedure, it was founded that they were at the moderate level in instructional activities and preparing and utilizing instructional media, and were at the low level in instructional methods and techniques, instructional supplementary activities, and measurement and evaluation.en
