dc.description.abstract	เปรียบเทียบความรู้เรื่องโรคความดันโลหิตสูงในผู้สูงอายุ และความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยสูงอายุโรคความดันโลหิตสูง ก่อนและหลังการสอนโดยใช้โปรแกรมการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วม และระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับการสอนโดยใช้โปรแกรมการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วม เรื่องโรคความดันโลหิตสูงในผู้สูงอายุ กับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการสอนตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยสูงอายุโรคความดันโลหิตสูงที่มารับการตรวจรักษาที่หน่วยพยาบาลปฐมภูมิ สถานีอนามัยตำบลนางแล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 44 คน แบ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีจับคู่ในกลุ่มทดลอง 22 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม 22 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองคือโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วม เรื่องโรคความดันโลหิตสูงในผู้สูงอายุ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบความรู้เรื่องโรคความดันโลหิตสูงในผู้สูงอายุ (ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .66) และแบบวัดความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยสูงอายุโรคความดันโลหิตสูง (ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .79) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ความรู้เรื่องความดันโลหิตสูงของผู้ป่วยสูงอายุโรคความดันโลหิตสูง ภายหลังได้รับการสอนโดยใช้โปรแกรมการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วม สูงกว่าก่อนได้รับการสอนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. ความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยสูงอายุโรคความดันโลหิตสูง ภายหลังได้รับการสอนโดยใช้โปรแกรมการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วม สูงกว่าก่อนได้รับการสอนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ความรู้เรื่องโรคความดันโลหิตสูงของผู้ป่วยสูงอายุโรคความดันโลหิตสูง กลุ่มที่ได้รับการสอนโดยใช้โปรแกรมการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วม สูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการสอนตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ความสามถในการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยสูงอายุโรคความดันโลหิตสูง กลุ่มที่ได้รับการสอนโดยใช้โปรแกรมการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วม สูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการสอนแบบปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	To compare knowledge of hypertension disease and self-care agency of hypertensive elderly patients before and after teaching by using participatory learning program, and between hypertensive elderly patients who were taught by using participatory learning program and those who were taught by regular health teaching. The sample were 44 hypertensive elderly patients at Nanglae Primary Care Unit, Nanglae Subdistrict, Meung District, Chiangrai Province, selected by match pairs into one experimental group and one control group, 22 each group. The research instruments were developed by researcher, participatory learning program, test of knowledge of hypertension (r=.66) and the questionaires of self-care agency (r=.79). The data were analyzed by using t-test. The major findings were as follows 1. Knowledge of hypertension of hypertensive elderly patients after teaching by using participatory learning program was significantly higher than before at the .05 level. 2. Self-care agency of hypertensive elderly patients after teaching by using participatory learning program was significantly higher than before at the .05 level. 3. Knowlege of hypertension of hypertensive elderly patients who were taught by using participatory learning program was significantly higher than hypertensive elderly patients, who were taught by regular health teaching at the .05 level. 4. Self-care agency of hypertension disease of hypertensive elderly patients, who were taught by using participatory learning program was significantly higher than hypertensive elderly patients who were taught by regular health teaching at the .05 level.	en
