dc.description.abstract	พัฒนาโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้แนวการสอนแบบโครงงาน ผ่านระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต เรื่อง ปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อม สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชน การดำเนินการวิจัยมี 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน 2) การสร้างโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอน 3) การทดลองใช้โปรแกรมการเรียนการสอน 4) การปรับปรุงโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอน ตัวอย่างประชากร คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ปีการศึกษา 2543 โรงเรียนอุดมศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร และโรงเรียนสารสิทธิ์พิทยาลัย จังหวัดราชบุรี โรงเรียนละ 10 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 20 คน ใช้ระยะเวลาในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล 12 สัปดาห์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ โปรแกรมการเรียนการสอน มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ให้ผู้เรียนเกิดความรู้เรื่องปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อม 2) ให้ผู้เรียนเกิดทักษะการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อการเรียนรู้ 3) พัฒนาการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันระหว่างนักเรียน จัดเป็นโปรแกรมสอนเสริมนอกเวลาเรียน โดยใช้การจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงงานผ่านระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต แบ่งการเรียนการสอนเป็น 2 ตอนคือ ตอนที่ 1 การสอนทักษะการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต 4 ด้าน ตอนที่ 2 การเรียนการสอนเรื่องปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประเมินผล คือ 1) แบบประเมินความรู้เรื่องปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมและการนำเสนอผ่านเว็บเพจ 2) แบบบันทึกการเรียน 3) แบบวัดทักษะการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต ผลการใช้โปรแกรมการเรียนการสอน มีดังนี้ 1) หลังทดลองใช้โปรแกรมการเรียนการสอน นักเรียนมีคะแนนความรู้เรื่องปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมและคะแนนการนำเสนอผ่านเว็บเพจ สูงกว่าเกณฑ์การประเมินโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอน คือ 60% อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2) นักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอน สามารถใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตทั้ง 3 ด้านคือ การสืบค้นข้อมูล การรับส่งจดหมายอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (อีเมล์) และการสนทนาบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต (แชท) เพื่อการเรียนรู้เรื่องปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมได้ 3) นักเรียนต่างโรงเรียนมีการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล ความคิดเห็นผ่านทางอีเมล์และการแชท แต่ขาดการให้ความช่วยเหลือซึ่งกัน	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	To develop a project-based instructional program using project-based learning and internet activities for prathom suksa six students. Four stages of the instructional program development in this study were : 1) to study antecedent data 2) to develop the instructional program 3) to try out the instructional program 4) to improve the instructional program. The subjects were twenty prathom suksa six students from Udomsuksa school and Sarasit Pitthayalai school, academic year 2000. The duration of data collection was 12 weeks. Data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation and t-test. The purpose of the program are 1) to enhance knowledge about environment problems and solutions 2) to develop student's internet skill for learning 3) to develop student's cooperation. The instructional program was an afterschool program, implemented between 16.00 p.m.-17.30 p.m. The instruction in the program was based on project-based learning approach and internet activities. The instruction was divided into 2 parts. Part one was about internet instruction and part two was environment instruction. The results after using the instructional program were : 1) after using the instructional program, the students' scores concerning knowledge in environment problems, solutions and webpage presentation were higher than the criterion of the program set at 60%, at the significance level .05. 2) The student could use three internet skills : searching'e-mailing and chat. 3) There were data exchange between students of two schools via internet : e-mail and chat. There were no signs of a learning community between students in two schools where the data collection and findings of students in one school could be shared and supported the other students' from another school.	en
