| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบศูนย์สื่อการศึกษาในโรงเรียนสอนคนตาบอด กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ อาจารย์ผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสอนคนตาบอด 69 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านสื่อการศึกษาสำหรับคนตาบอด จำนวน 20 คน รูปแบบศูนย์สื่อการศึกษาที่ได้ศึกษาแบ่งออกเป็น 5 ด้าน คือ : (1) ด้านรูปแบบการจัดตั้งศูนย์สื่อการศึกษา (2) ด้านการจัดบริการ (3) ด้านการจัดบุคลากร (4) ด้านการจัดสื่ออุปกรณ์ (5) ด้านสถานที่ตั้งและการจัดพื้นที่ภายใน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ใช้วิธีสอบถามความคิดเห็น และเทคนิควิธีวิจัยแบบเดลฟาย จำนวน 3 รอบ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. อาจารย์ผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสอนคนตาบอดมีความต้องการให้จัดศูนย์สื่อการศึกษาขึ้นในโรงเรียน โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายในการบริการสื่ออุปกรณ์การสอนกับครูและนักเรียนเป็นหลัก ต้องการให้มีบุคลากรเฉพาะทางปฏิบัติหน้าที่ประจำภายในศูนย์สื่อ ที่ตั้งของศูนย์สื่อควรอยู่ในบริเวณที่เป็นศูนย์กลางของอาคารเรียน ความต้องการด้านการบริการ : บริการผลิตสื่อ บริการการยืม-คืน ให้คำแนะนำภายในศูนย์ บริการพื้นที่ปฏิบัติการสื่อและจัดนิทรรศการ ประชาสัมพันธ์ ความต้องการด้านบุคลากร : ต้องการให้มีฝ่ายบริหาร ฝ่ายบริการและฝ่ายผลิต ความต้องการด้านสื่ออุปกรณ์ : ต้องการอุปกรณ์ประเภทที่ช่วยในการผลิตสื่อ และประเภทที่เป็นสื่อการเรียนการสอน ความต้องการด้านการจัดพื้นที่ภายใน : ต้องการให้มีพื้นที่สำหรับ การบริการยืม-คืน ปรึกษาให้คำแนะนำ จัดเก็บสื่ออุปกรณ์ การผลิตหนังสือเสียง หนังสือเบรลล์ ห้องคอมพิวเตอร์ ห้องประชุม บริเวณจัดแสดงนิทรรศการ ประชาสัมพันธ์ 2. ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกับข้อความในระดับมากที่สุดและมาก จำนวน 137 ข้อ จากจำนวน 170 ข้อ ทำให้ได้รูปแบบศูนย์สื่อการศึกษาดังนี้ : (2.1) ด้านรูปแบบการจัดตั้ง : ควรจัดตั้งเป็นเอกเทศ หรือหน่วยงานกลางที่ให้บริการแบบสื่อการสอนสมบูรณ์ คือ จัดบริการสื่ออุปกรณ์และสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ (2.2) ด้านการจัดบริการ : มุ่งเน้นในการให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านสื่อการสอนกับบุคลากรในโรงเรียนเป็นสำคัญ ขอบข่ายหน้าที่ของศูนย์สื่อเน้นการอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้ขอรับบริการ ตั้งแต่การให้คำแนะนำ การจัดผลิต ประชาสัมพันธ์ ตลอดจน บำรุงรักษาสื่ออุปกรณ์ (2.3) ด้านการจัดบุคลากร : มีการกำหนดแผนผังบุคลากร และหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ โดยเรียงลำดับตามความรับผิดชอบ (2.4) ด้านการจัดสื่ออุปกรณ์ : มีความต้องการให้จัดสื่ออุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็น ประเภทอุปกรณ์ที่ช่วยในการผลิตและประเภทที่เป็นสื่อการเรียนการสอน ให้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของผู้ใช้บริการอยู่เสมอ (2.5) ด้านสถานที่ตั้งและการจัดพื้นที่ภายในศูนย์สื่อ : จัดตั้งในบริเวณที่เป็นศูนย์กลางของอาคารเรียน มีการจัดพื้นที่ภายในศูนย์สื่อ โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ส่วน คือ พื้นที่สำหรับให้บริการ พื้นที่สำหรับการจัดผลิตและปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ พื้นที่สำหรับการเีรียนรู้และฝึกปฏิบัติเสริมนอกเวลาเรียน |
| Other Abstract: | To propose the model of educational media center in school for the blinds. The samples of the study comprised of 69 teachers in school for the blinds and 20 specialists in educational media for the blind . The model of educational media center were divided into 5 categories : (1) Charateristic Settlement (2) Service management (3) Personnel management (4) Media management (5) Educational media center location and media storage area .The opinion survey and three-rounds of Delphi Technique were used in the study. The results revealed that to Instructors of schools for the blind have the intentional initiation to set up educational media center in school in order to give the service to both in instructors and students. Beside, the center is intended to be responsed by the specialist. The educational media center location should be located at the center of classroom building. Center Functions : Media production, lending-borrowing of media, general advise, area for media operation, exhibition for public annoucement. Organization : management level , service department and production department. Media requirement : Assistant tools for media, production media. Layout arrangement : Station of media lending-borrowing , consultant station, media storage area, Sound media and braille production area, computer laboratory room, classroom/ convention room and exhibition area. 2. The 137 statements from 170 statements of specialists final consensus were considered as model of educational media center. They were : (2.1) Charateristic settlement of educational media center : Independent organization or center of completion education media service and publication service. (2.2) Service management : Service is first priority, Educational media center functions : General advise, production, public relations and media maintenance. ( 2.3) Personnel management : organize committee and identity their roles and responsibilities. (2.4) Media management : Emphasis on necessary and adequate medias and tools for education. (2.5) Educational media center location and media storage area : It must be located in the central part of school. Educational media center should be devided for 3 purpose area. 1) Service area 2) Media preaparation and production area 3) Area of media learning for student and Area of supplementary practice for student in an over school time period. |
