| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 11 ตามทัศนะของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและอาจารย์ 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทัศนะของกลุ่มผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและกลุ่มอาจารย์เกี่ยวกับลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สมมติฐานของการวิจัย ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและอาจารย์ เกี่ยวกับลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา แตกต่างกัน โดยแยกพิจารณาเป็น 3 ด้าน คือ 1. ด้านวิชาการ 2.ด้านบุคลิกภาพ 3.ด้านความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา เป็นผู้บริหารและอาจารย์โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 11 ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร จำนวน 71 คน อาจารย์ จำนวน 283 คน ซึ่งเลือกมาโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย รวมทั้งสิ้น 354 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้น มีลักษณะเป็นแบบเลือกตอบ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าและแบบปลายเปิด ครอบคลุมลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 3 ด้านคือ ด้านวิชาการ ด้านบุคลิกภาพ และด้านความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน จากจำนวนแบบสอบถามที่ส่งไป 354 ฉบับ ได้รับกลับคืนมา 322 ฉบับ หรือ ร้อยละ 90.96 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าคะแนนที (t-test) ผลการวิจัย 1. ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในด้านวิชาการที่กำหนดไว้ในแบบสอบถามอยู่ในเกณฑ์เห็นด้วย 2. ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในด้านบุคลิกภาพที่กำหนดไว้ในแบบสอบถามอยู่ในเกณฑ์เห็นด้วย 3. ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในด้านความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานที่กำหนดไว้ในแบบสอบถามอยู่ในเกณฑ์เห็นด้วย 4. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและอาจารย์เกี่ยวกับลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในด้านวิชาการ ไม่แตกต่างกันทางสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .01 5. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและอาจารย์เกี่ยวกับลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในด้านบุคลิกภาพไม่แตกต่างกันทางสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .01 6. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและอาจารย์เกี่ยวกับลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในด้านความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานไม่แตกต่างกันทางสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .01 |
| Other Abstract: | The Purposes of the Study: 1. To study the expected characteristics of secondary school administrators under the Department of General Education in Educational Region Eleven as perceived by administrations and teachers. 2. To compare the opinions of administrators and teachers concerning the expected characteristics of secondary school administrators. Hypotheses In three areas :- the academic characteristics, the personality characteristics, and the ability characteristics the opinions of the administrators as compared to those of teachers concerning the expected characteristics of secondary school administrators are different. Procedures: The sampling included administrators and teachers from secondary schools all of which are under the Department of General Education in Educational Region Eleven. The Sample was composed of 71 administrators and 283 teachers, which were selected by simple random sampling, making a total of 354. The instrument used in collecting the data was a questionnaires concerning the expected characteristics of secondary school adminis¬trators in three areas: academic characteristics; personality characteristics, and ability characteristics. The questionnaire used in this study was constructed in the form of checklist, rating scale, and open-ended. Of the total 354 questionnaires sent out, 322 or 90.96 percent were completed and returned. The data were analyzed by using percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviations, and t-test. Results 1. For academic characteristics, the opinions of administrators and teachers concerning the expected characteristics of secondary school administrators were in the "agree" criterion. 2. For personality characteristics, the opinions of adminis-trators and teachers concerning the expected characteristics of secondary school administrators were in the "agree" criterion. 3. For ability characteristics, the opinions of administrators and teachers concerning the expected characteristics of secondary school administrators were in the "agree" criterion. 4. The opinions of administrations and teachers concerning the expected academic characteristics of secondary school administrators were not significantly different at the .01 level. 5. The opinions of administrators and teachers concerning the expected personality characteristics of secondary school administrators were not significantly different at the .01 level. 6. The opinions of administrators and teachers concerning the expected ability characteristics of secondary school administrators were not significantly different at the .01 level. |
