| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย เพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการฝึกอบรมการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้วยกระบวนการเรียนรู้โดยการสังเกตผ่านเครือข่าย สำหรับนิสิตคณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย 2) ทดลองรูปแบบการฝึกอบรมการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้วยกระบวนการเรียนรู้โดยการสังเกตผ่านเครือข่าย สำหรับนิสิตคณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และ 3) นำเสนอรูปแบบการฝึกอบรมการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้วยกระบวนการเรียนรู้โดยการสังเกตผ่านเครือข่าย สำหรับนิสิตคณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการทดลอง คือ นิสิตคณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 15 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. รูปแบบการฝึกอบรมการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้วยกระบวนการเรียนรู้โดยการสังเกตผ่านเครือข่าย สำหรับนิสิตนักศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ศึกษาศาสตร์ แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ตอน คือ 1) องค์ประกอบของรูปแบบประกอบด้วย 10 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ วัตถุประสงค์ ชนิดของการเรียนรู้ หลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม บทบาทผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม บทบาทของผู้ดำเนินการฝึกอบรม บทบาทของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ/วิทยากร การปฏิสัมพันธ์ผ่านเว็บ เครือข่าย (search) เทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ และระบบเครือข่าย ปัจจัยสนับสนุนการฝึกอบรมผ่านเว็บ และการประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม 2) วิธีการเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนที่ 1 ก่อนการฝึกอบรม การเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเข้าฝึกอบรม ส่วนที่ 2 ระหว่างการฝึกอบรม ได้แก่ ให้ผู้เข้าฝึกอบรมได้แก่ สังเกตตัวแบบและศึกษาเนื้อหา บันทึกผลการสังเกต ทำแบบฝึกหัด ฝึกเขียนแผนการจัดเรียนรู้ อภิปรายกลุ่มย่อยเพื่อสรุปหลักการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้และนำเสนอผลงาน และ ส่วนที่ 3 ขั้นประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม และ 3) กิจกรรมการฝึกอบรม กิจกรรมในห้องอบรม ได้แก่ กิจกรรมเตรียมความพร้อมของผู้เข้าและกิจกรรมนำเสนอผลงาน และกิจกรรมบนเครือข่ายตามกระบวนการเรียนรู้โดยการสังเกต ซึ่งมีวิธีการฝึกอบรม ได้แก่ ผู้เข้าฝึกอบรมศึกษาเนื้อหาตามที่กำหนดไว้ในเว็บไซต์ฝึกอบรม และ link ที่กำหนดไว้ โดยใช้เครื่องมือต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ กระดานสนทนา กระดานส่งงาน เป็นต้น 2. ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนความรู้และการทดสอบเขียนแผนการสอน หลังฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to: 1) develop the training model for lesson plan writing by using an observational learning process via network for education student. 2) study the effects of using the training model for lesson plan writing by using an observational learning process via network for education student; and 3) propose the training model for lesson plan writing by using an observational learning process via network for education student. The samples were 15 third-year students of the Faculty of Education of Chulalongkorn University. They were performed activities based on web-based training model for developing lesson plan writing. The results of research were: 1. The model comprised of three profiles. Those were 1) training factors included 10 components : goal, learning type, curriculum, role of trainee, role of trainer, role of training facilitator, computer and internet, interaction on web, support factor and training evaluation. 2) Training methods included: 2.1) pre-training: orientation, 2.2) training : role model observation, recording, doing exercise, doing practice, discussion, and presentation, and 2.3) evaluation. 3) Training activities included: 3.1) activities in training room which were orientation and mind mapping of discussion results presentation. 3.2) Activities on web were studying and doing practice by using web instruments; web board, web link, etc. 2. The results from the WBT development tryout indicated that the post-test score of lesson plan writing was statistically significant higher than the pre-test score of lesson plan writing at 0.05 level |
