dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดกับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ในด้านความร่วมมือในการใช้ยา การออกกำลังกาย การบริโภคอาหารของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานที่เข้าพักรักษาตัวในโรงพยาบาลสมุทรปราการ วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมสุขภาพที่สามารถใช้ทำนายระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานที่เข้ารักษาตัวในหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลสมุทรปราการ ยกเว้นหอผู้ป่วยหนัก ระหว่างวันที่ 3 มกราคม 2550-31 กรกฎาคม 2550 ผู้ป่วยจำนวน 165 ราย มีปัจจัยที่ศึกษา 11 ปัจจัย คือ พฤติกรรมสุขภาพ การบริโภคอาหาร การออกกำลังกาย ความร่วมมือในการใช้ยา เพศ อายุ ระยะเวลาการเป็นโรคเบาหวาน จำนวนโรคแทรกซ้อน ชนิดของโรคแทรกซ้อน ทัศนคติเรื่องโรคเบาหวาน ความรู้เรื่องโรคเบาหวาน จากผลการศึกษาพบว่าอายุมีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05) ไม่มีพฤติกรรมสุขภาพใดที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ อย่างไรก็ตามจากการศึกษาพบว่า พฤติกรรมสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหาร การออกกำลังกาย ความร่วมมือในการใช้ยา และระยะเวลาในการเป็นโรคเบาหวานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05) ความรู้เรื่องโรคเบาหวานมีความสัมพันธ์กับความร่วมมือในการใช้ยาและพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05) อายุและเจตคติเรื่องโรคเบาหวานสามารถทำนายระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดได้ (β = -0.25, -0.17) การวิจัยนี้สรุปได้ว่าอายุและเจตคติเรื่องโรคเบาหวานสามารถทำนายระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดได้ แต่ไม่มีพฤติกรรมสุขภาพใดที่สามารถใช้ทำนายระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ดังนั้นเภสัชกรควรให้ความรู้และสร้างเจตคติที่ดีต่อโรคเบาหวานให้แก่ผู้ป่วยเบาหวาน โดยเฉพาะผู้ป่วยที่มีอายุน้อย เพื่อให้มีการควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลที่เหมาะสม	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this study was to identify factors that affected blood glucose in diabetic inpatients at Samutprakarn Hospital. The result may be used as a model for predicting blood glucose in diabetic inpatients. Diabetic inpatients from Samutprakarn hospital except intensive care unit were recruited to participate the study during 3 January 2007-31 July 2007. Eleven factors were studied as health behaviors, diet control, exercise, medical adherence, sex, ages, duration for diagnosis diabetic, number of diabetic complication, type of diabetic complication, knowledge of diabetic disease, attitude for diabetic disease. It was found that age was significantly statistically correlated blood glucose (p < 0.05), while none of the other factors did. However the result was found that diet, exercise, adherence and duration for diagnosis diabetic were significantly statistically correlated health behaviors (p < 0.05). The knowledge of diabetic disease correlated significantly with medical adherence and diet control (p < 0.05). Age and attitude for diabetic disease were the predictors of blood glucose (β = -0.25, -0.17). The result from this study suggested that, age and attitude for diabetic disease were able to predict blood glucose level. Therefore it is important for pharmacist to educate and improve attitude of diabetic disease to diabetic patients especially the younger one in order for them to have proper control of their blood sugar level	en
