dc.description.abstract	โครงการสิ่งประดิษฐ์นี้เป็นโปรแกรมบีบอัด วิเคราะห์ และปรับปรุงคุณภาพสัญญาณภาพดิจิตอล ที่ฟังก์ชันและหรือเทคนิคในการประมวลผลภาพอยู่ในรูปมอดูลย่อย ๆ ประกอบด้วย 3 หัวข้อหลัก คือ การวิเคราะห์ภาพ การปรับปรุงคุณภาพของภาพ และการบีบอัดภาพ เฉพาะหัวข้อการวิเคราะห์ภาพยังแบ่งออกเป็นส่วน ๆ เป็น ส่วนการปรับแต่งภาพ ส่วนการแบ่งส่วนภาพ และส่วนการกรองภาพ ในแต่ละส่วนของหัวข้อการวิเคราะห์ และในหัวข้อการปรับปรุงคุณภาพและหัวข้อการบีบอัด จะประกอบด้วยเทคนิคต่าง ๆ จำนวนมาก สำหรับหัวข้อการบีบอัด มีขั้นตอนในการทำงานแต่ละเทคนิคเรียงลำดับกันไป ตั้งแต่ การแบ่งซอยภาพออกเป็นภาพย่อย การทรานส์ฟอร์มภาพ การทำ bit allocation การทรานส์ฟอร์มภาพกลับ การเปรียบเทียบภาพต้นฉบับกับภาพที่ผ่านการประมวลผล และการคำนวณหาค่าผิดพลาดในการประมวลผล โปรแกรมได้รับการพัฒนาโดยใช้ภาษา C ให้วิ่งบน Microsoft Windows รุ่น 3.XX มีความสามารถในการประมวลผลภาพสีเดียว ระดับสีเทาจำนวน 256 ระดับ และมีข้อจำกัดในเรื่องขนาดของภาพที่ต้องเป็น 2[superscript k] x 2[superscript k] จุดภาพ, k = 1, 2, …, 8 เฉพาะในเรื่องการบีบอัดภาพ เนื่องจากอัลกอริธึมในการทรานส์ฟอร์มที่เป็นแบบ radix-2 ส่วนผลการทดสอบการทำงานของโปรแกรมไม่มีปัญหาในการใช้งาน	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The project "Image Compression, Analysis, and Enhancement Program" which its image processing techniques are developed in module object are classified into 3 principle groups, image analysis, image enhancement, and image compression. The group of image analysis is also divided into subgroups: image adjustment, image segmentation, and image filtering. Several techniques are classified and set into each principle group. This program was developed using C language and capable to run on Microsoft Windows version 3.XX. It needed a monochrome or gray scale image of 256 gray-levels to process. For most techniques in this program, there is no criteria about the size of an image to process except for the image compression group that each image must be a square shape of the size 2[superscript k] x 2[superscript k] pixel ; k = 1,2,…8, because of its transformation algorithm based on radix-2. The experimental results showed that there is no any technical problem or operating bug in this program.	en
