dc.description.abstractการวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบงานทะเบียนครุภัณฑ์โดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ ในการวิจัยนี้ได้ศึกษาระบบงานทะเบียนครุภัณฑ์ในปัจจุบันของจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย แล้ววิเคราะห์ปัญหาและความต้องการของระบบงานปัจจุบัน เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการออกแบบระบบงาน ผู้วิจัยได้ออกแบบรายงานต่างๆ ที่ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานและการบริหารพัสดุออกแบบข้อมูล และแฟ้มข้อมูลที่ต้องใช้ในการออกรายงาน รวมทั้งกระบวนการประมวลผลแล้วสร้างโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ขึ้นโดยใช้ภาษาโคบอล และทำการทดสอบระบบด้วยข้อมูลตัวอย่างกับเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ไอบีเอ็ม 3031-004 ซึ่งติดตั้งที่สถาบันบริการคอมพิวเตอร์จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ผลจากการทดสอบระบบได้รายงานที่ถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว ซึ่งระบบนี้จะเพิ่มประสิทธิ์ภาพให้กับงานทะเบียนครุภัณฑ์เป็นอย่างมาก ตัวอย่างรายงานต่างๆ ของการทดสอบได้นำมาเสนอไว้ในวิทยานิพนธ์นี้แล้ว-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe objective of this research was to design and implement a computer system for equipment registration. The present equipment registration system at Chulalongkorn University is selected for study. The problems and requirements of the selected system were analyzed and the result used as a guide to the design of the new system. In designing the system, specifications for the output, input, file and processing were designed first. Then programs were written using the COBOL Language. Testing was performed with sample data on the IBM 3031-004 at the Computer Service Center, Chulalongkorn University. The result of system test indicates correct and rapid reporting. The system significantly increases the efficiency of equipment registration. The thesis also includes sample reports of system tests.-
