| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะการเรียนรู้ด้วยการนำตนเองของผู้เรียนที่เป็นผู้ใหญ่ในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ด้วยการนำตนเองของผู้เรียน 3) พัฒนากลยุทธ์ในการนำรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ด้วยการนำตนเองไปปฏิบัติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีนอกเวลาราชการจำนวน 354 คน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางการศึกษาและผู้บริหารในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจำนวน 17 คน และผู้ปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษาทางเลือก 4 คน ผู้วิจัยจัดทำรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้และกลยุทธ์ด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อม และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องประกอบกับข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้บริหารในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้เรียนมีความคิดเห็นว่าตนเองมีคุณลักษณะการเรียนรู้ด้วยการนำตนเองเฉลี่ยในระดับปานกลาง คุณลักษณะที่ 9 การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก แต่ในคุณลักษณะที่ 14 ทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการเรียนรู้ พบว่าอยู่ในระดับน้อย รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ 1) หลักการและแนวคิด 2) เป้าหมาย 3) กระบวนการ 4) กิจกรรม 5) คุณลักษณะของผู้เรียน 6) บทบาทของผู้เรียนและผู้สอน 7) แหล่งทรัพยากร 8) การประเมินผลของรูปแบบ กลยุทธ์ในการนำรูปแบบไปปฏิบัติ ได้แก่ 1) ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ด้วยการนำตนเองให้กับผู้เรียน 2) พัฒนาให้ผู้เรียนมีศักยภาพอย่างสมดุล 3) ส่งเสริมค่านิยมในการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่วนรวม 4) พัฒนาแหล่งการเรียนรู้ทั้งในมหาวิทยาลัยและชุมชนท้องถิ่น | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The research was aimed at (1) analyzing the SDL characteristics of adult learners in Rajabhat University (2) developing learning management model to enhance SDL of the adult learners (3) developing strategy on application of the model. The research methodology is the study of whole SDL concept which is synthesized to be in eight compositions: (1) principles and concept (2) goals (3) learning process (4) learning activities (5) characteristics of learners (6) learners’ roles and instructors’ role (7) learning resources (8) evaluation on the model. Data collection on SDL characteristics of adult learners in Rajabhat University, best practice learning models of four alternative education institutions and seventeen experts’ opinions on the model are analyzed and synthesized to be the learning management model to enhance SDL of the adult learners. Finally, SWAT analysis is used to develop strategy of the learning management model. The findings were as follows: opinions of the learners on their SDL characteristics as a whole are 3.59. Their opinions on the ninth SDL characteristics are 4.03. But their opinions on the fourteenth SDL characteristics are 2.79. The learning management model is presented by descriptions of the eight compositions as above. The strategy is presented by four items: (1) enhance SDL of the learners (2) develop balanced potential of the learners (3) enhance the learners’ value on learning for all and (4) develop university's learning resources and local learning resources. | en_US |
