| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การประเมินความเครียด การเผชิญความเครียด ความรู้สึกเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง และความผาสุกทางใจของวัยรุ่นที่เสพติดยาบ้า ขณะรับการบำบัดรักษาในแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก สถาบันธัญญารักษ์ 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลการประเมินความเครียด การเผชิญความเครียด ความรู้สึกเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง กับความผาสุกทางใจของวัยรุ่นที่เสพติดยาบ้า ขณะรับการบำบัดรักษาในแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก สถาบันธัญญารักษ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ วัยรุ่นเสพติดยาบ้า จำนวน 150 คน (คำนวณได้จากสูตร Throndike, 1978) ได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามการประเมินความเครียดลักษณะสูญเสีย/อันตราย คุกคาม และท้าทายแบบสอบถามการเผชิญความเครียดโดยใช้ความสามารถของตนเอง ใช้แหล่งสนับสนุนอื่น ๆ และแบบหลีกเลี่ยงปัญหา แบบสอบถามความรู้สึกเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง และแบบสอบถามความผาสุกทางใจของวัยรุ่นที่เสพติดยาบ้า ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา และหาความเที่ยงโดยใช้วิธีสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .64, .57, .73, .85, .77, .85, .71 และ .73 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสถิติไคสแควร์ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1.วัยรุ่นที่เสพติดยาบ้า ขณะเข้ารับการบำบัดรักษาในแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก สถาบันธัญญารักษ์ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย (ร้อยละ 89.3) และมีการประเมินความเครียดลักษณะท้าทาย (ร้อยละ 98.7) มีอายุเฉลี่ย 18.72 ปี มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยของการเผชิญความเครียดโดยใช้ความสามารถของตนเอง ใช้แหล่งสนับสนุนอื่น ๆ แบบหลีกเลี่ยงปัญหา และความรู้สึกเป็นคุณค่าในตนเอง เท่ากับ 54.26 (S.D. = 7.09), 18.93 (S.D. = 4.33), 34.93 (S.D. = 9.54) และ 30.35 (S.D. = 4.84) ตามลำดับ และมีความผาสุกทางใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (X = 66.95, S.D. = 16.75) 2.การเผชิญความเครียดแบบหลีกเลี่ยงปัญหา มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความผาสุกทางใจของวัยรุ่นที่เสพติดยาบ้า ขณะรับการบำบัดในแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก สถาบันธัญญารักษ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .563) ส่วนการประเมินความเครียดลักษณะท้าทาย การเผชิญความเครียดโดยใช้ความสามารถของตนเองและใช้แหล่งสนับสนุนอื่น ๆ และความรู้สึกเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความผาสุกทางใจของวัยรุ่นที่เสพติดยาบ้า ขณะเข้ารับการบำบัดรักษาในแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก สถาบันธัญญารักษ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .192, .434, .152 และ 644 ตามลำดับ) | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this descriptive research were to study 1) personal factors, stress appraisal, coping, self-esteem and psychological well-being of amphetamine addicted adolescents receiving treatment in out patient department, Thanyarak Institute 2) the relationships between personal factors, stress appraisal, coping, self-esteem, and psychological well-being of amphetamine addicted adolescents receiving treatment in out patient department, Thanyarak Institute. The sample were 150 amphetamine addicted adolescents (calculated according to Throndike, 1978), selected by purposive sampling method. The research instruments were questionnaires namely loss/harm, treat and challenge appraisal; problem-focused coping, others support coping, and nonproductive coping; self-esteem; and psychological well-being. All questionnaires were tested for content validity, and reliability. The Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient reliability were .64, .57, .73, .85, .77, .85, .71 and .73 respectively. Statistical techniques utilized in data analysis were Percentage, Mean, standard deviation, Chi – square and Pearson product moment correlation. Major results of this study were as follows: 1.Amphetamine addicted adolescents receiving treatment in out patient department, Thanyarak Institute, were mostly male (89.3%) and using challenge stress appraisal (98.75). They had mean age of 18.72 years. The mean scores of problem-focused coping, others support coping, coping by notcope, and self-esteem were 54.26 (S.D. = 7.09), 18.93 (S.D. = 4.33), 34.93 (S.D. = 9.54) and 30.35 (S.D. = 4.84), respectively. The scores of psychological well-being were in moderate level (X = 66.95, S.D. = 16.75). 2.There were negative significantly relationships between coping by notcope and psychological well-being of amphetamine addicted adolescents receiving treatment in out patient department, Thanyarak Institute (r = -.563, p .05). There were positive significantly relationships between challenge appraisal, problem-focused coping, others support coping, self-esteem, and psychological well-being of amphetamine addicted adolescents receiving treatment in out patient department, Thanyarak Institute (r = .192, .434, .152 and .644, p .05, respectively). | - |
