| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาบริบทของชุมชนและเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ชุมชนในการส่งเสริมกระบวนการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ของครูภูมิปัญญาไทย 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์บทบาทของเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ชุมชน ในการส่งเสริมกระบวนการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ของครูภูมิปัญญาไทยและ 3) เพื่อนำเสนอข้อเสนอแนะ เชิงนโยบายสำหรับการพัฒนาบทบาทของเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ชุมชนในการส่งเสริมกระบวนการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ของครูภูมิปัญญาไทย โดยมีชุมชนที่ศึกษาคือ 1) ชุมชนบ้านหาดเสี้ยว 2) ชุมชนวัดปลักไม้ลาย ให้ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 15 ท่าน ได้แก่ นักวิชาการ เครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ชุมชน ตัวแทนชุมชนและครูภูมิปัญญาไทย แสดงความคิดเห็นและพิจารณาความเหมาะสม โดยผู้วิจัยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ แนวทางการสนทนากลุ่มและแบบสังเกต ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ประชากรส่วนใหญ่ของชุมชนประกอบอาชีพทางเกษตรกรรม มีเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ชุมชนที่เด่นชัด ประกอบไปด้วยหน่วยงานภายในและหน่วยงานภายนอกชุมชน 2) บทบาทของเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ชุมชนคือการส่งเสริมกระบวนการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ของครูภูมิปัญญาไทยในชุมชนแก่ผู้ที่สนใจหรือคนรุ่นหลังและมีการสร้างเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ชุมชนให้มีความเข้มแข็ง 3) การพัฒนาบทบาทของเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ชุมชนประกอบไปด้วย 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านกิจกรรมโดยเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ชุมชน ควรมีการปรึกษาเพื่อหา แนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมกันเป็นประจำ ด้านการรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างสมาชิกเครือข่าย ควรมีการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อกระชับความสัมพันธ์อย่างสม่ำเสมอ ด้านการสร้างแรงจูงใจโดยมีการสร้างแรงจูงใจกระตุ้นให้ผู้เรียนอยากเรียนรู้และเข้าเป็นสมาชิกเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ชุมชน ด้านการจัดหาทรัพยากรสนับสนุนโดยการจัดสรรทรัพยากรให้กับเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ชุมชนอย่างเพียงพอและด้านการพัฒนาบทบาทของเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ชุมชนอย่างต่อเนื่องและยั่งยืน โดยสร้างให้ชุมชนของตนมีเอกลักษณ์ อยากรักษา พัฒนาและสืบทอดองค์ความรู้ต่อไป | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the context of the communities and community learning networks to promote the transfer of knowledge in the Thai wisdom teachers, 2) to analyze the roles of community learning networks in promoting the processes of knowledge transfer of Thai wisdom teachers, 3) to propose the recommended policies for community learning networks in promoting the processes of knowledge transfer of Thai wisdom teachers. The two best communities included Baan Hadsiew and Plak Mai Lai communities. The samples were 15 experts in the field: academician, community learning networks, community representatives, Thai wisdom teachers and etc. Research instruments consisted of an interview form, a focus group discussion guideline form, and an observation form. The results were as follow: 1) The communities have similar contexts: earn a living as agriculture, each community has its own unique local wisdom; and etc. 2) The essential roles of the community learning networks that help promoting the transfer of knowledge of Thai wisdom teachers include promoting and supporting those who interested in learning local wisdom, and developing the strong and extended group of learning networks in community. 3) To develop the roles of the community learning networks: 1. organizing learning activities, 2. building good relationships among the networks member, 3. creating the motivation, 4. providing resource learning resumes for community learning networks and, 5. developing the roles of the sustainable community learning networks continuously. | en_US |
