| Abstract: | This research study aims to examine the positive relationship between psychological capital (PsyCap) and work engagement as well as the moderation effect of perceived clan type organizational culture on the relationship between psychological capital and work engagement. The data were collected from 210 employees from different companies in Bangkok, Thailand. Data analysis was conducted using linear regression. The findings indicated that the effect of psychological capital and work engagement exists and perceived clan type organizational culture significantly moderates the relationship between the two variables. |
| Other Abstract: | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระหว่างทุนทางจิตวิทยาและความทุ่มเทในงานและศึกษาอิทธิพลตัวแปรกำกับของการรับรู้วัฒนธรรมองค์กรแบบเครือญาติที่มีต่อความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทุนทางจิตวิทยาและความทุ่มเทในงาน โดยงานวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้เก็บข้อมูลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นพนักงานที่มาจากองค์กรเอกชนต่างๆ ในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 210 คน และมีการวิเคราะห์ผลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้น จากงานวิจัยในครั้งนี้พบว่าผลของทุนทางจิตวิทยาและความทุ่มเทในงานมีอยู่จริงอีกทั้งการรับรู้วัฒนธรรมองค์กรแบบเครือญาติมีอิทธิพลต่อความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรต้นและตัวแปรตามอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ |
