dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาต้นทุนงานการพยาบาลต่อหน่วยและต้นทุนกิจกรรมการพยาบาลจิตเวช หอผู้ป่วยจิตเวช โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี โดยจำแนกตามประเภทกิจกรรมการพยาบาล ทำการศึกษาย้อนหลัง (Retrospective Study) ด้วยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในปีงบประมาณ 2557 คือ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2556 ถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2557 และข้อมูลการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนกิจกรรมการพยาบาลเป็นการศึกษาแบบไปข้างหน้า (Prospective Study) ระยะเวลาในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ วันที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2557 ถึงวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2558 กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย บุคลากรทางการพยาบาล จำนวน 34 รายและผู้ป่วยจิตเวช จำนวน 64 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกข้อมูล 2 ส่วน คือ 1) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุน งานการพยาบาล ในการให้บริการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยจิตเวช 2) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนกิจกรรม การพยาบาลจิตเวช ประกอบด้วย 2 ชุด คือ พจนานุกรมกิจกรรมการพยาบาลจิตเวชตามมาตรฐานการพยาบาล และแบบบันทึกตารางเวลาที่ใช้ในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมการพยาบาล เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสังเกตการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมการพยาบาล แล้วนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ โดยใช้สถิติการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย ผลการศึกษา สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ต้นทุนงานการพยาบาลต่อหน่วย หอผู้ป่วยจิตเวช โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี เท่ากับ 68,796.26 บาท ต้นทุนรวมทางตรง ประกอบด้วยต้นทุนค่าแรง ซึ่งมีค่ามากที่สุด เท่ากับ 49,127.63 บาท ต้นทุนค่าวัสดุเท่ากับ 5,489.16 บาท ต้นทุนค่าลงทุน เท่ากับ 14,179.46 บาท คิดเป็นอัตราส่วนร้อยละของต้นทุนค่าแรง : ต้นทุนค่าวัสดุ : ต้นทุนค่าลงทุน เท่ากับ 71.41 : 7.98 : 20.61 2. ต้นทุนกิจกรรมการพยาบาลจิตเวช หอผู้ป่วยจิตเวช โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี เท่ากับ 1,132,944.85 บาท ซึ่งกิจกรรมการพยาบาลที่มีต้นทุนมากที่สุด คือ กิจกรรมการบันทึกรายงาน เท่ากับ 523,240.11 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 46.18 รองลงมา คือ กิจกรรมการพยาบาลทางอ้อมด้านบริการ เท่ากับ 377,131.05 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 33.29 กิจกรรมการพยาบาลทางตรง เท่ากับ 212,835.81 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 18.79 ส่วนกิจกรรมการพยาบาลที่มีต้นทุนน้อยที่สุด คือ กิจกรรมการพยาบาลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหน่วยงาน เท่ากับ 19,737.88 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 1.74	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this descriptive research was to analyze the nursing unit cost and psychiatric nursing activities cost on psychiatric ward, Ramathibodi hospital. A retrospective study looks backwards and examines on Psychiatric nursing activities, data were collected since October 1, 2013 until September 30, 2014. A prospective study watched for analysis of nursing activities, data were collected since December 1, 2014 until March 31, 2015. The sample comprised of 34 nursing staffs and 64 psychiatric patients. Instrumentations were used in this study: 1) Record form relating to the analysis the nursing unit cost 2) Psychiatric nursing activities dictionary and nursing activities practice record. Descriptive statistics were utilized for data analysis. The findings indicated that: 1. The nursing unit cost of Psychiatric ward, Ramathibodi Hospital was 68,796.26 baht. The total direct cost, the labor cost was highest (49,127.63 baht), material cost of 5,489.16 baht and capital cost of 14,179.46 baht. The ratio of labor cost : material cost : capital cost was 71.41 : 7.98 : 20.61 2. The Psychiatric nursing activity cost of Psychiatric ward, Ramathibodi Hospital was 1,132,944.85 baht. The highest nursing activities cost of was documentation. The documentation cost was 523,240.11 baht, the indirect nursing activity cost was 377,131.05 baht, the direct nursing activity cost was 212,835.81 and nursing activity cost of unit related was 19,737.88 baht.	en_US
