dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทพยาบาลวิชาชีพหน่วยตรวจสวนหัวใจ โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 19 คน ประกอบด้วย แพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านปฏิบัติการทำหัตถการตรวจสวนหัวใจ พยาบาลหัวหน้าหน่วยตรวจสวนหัวใจ พยาบาลวิชาชีพระดับปฏิบัติการที่ดูแลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการสวนหัวใจ และอาจารย์ผู้สอนหรือรับผิดชอบหลักสูตรการดูแลผู้ป่วยระบบหัวใจและหลอดเลือด วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับบทบาทพยาบาลวิชาชีพหน่วยตรวจสวนหัวใจ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 นำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์มาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและสร้างแบบสอบถาม เพื่อให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระดับความสำคัญของข้อคำถามแต่ละข้อ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาคำนวณค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ และส่งแบบสอบถามกลับไปให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญยืนยันคำตอบอีกครั้ง จากนั้นจึงนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาคำนวณค่ามัธยฐาน และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์เพื่อสรุปผลการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บทบาทพยาบาลวิชาชีพหน่วยตรวจสวนหัวใจ ประกอบด้วยบทบาท 4 บทบาท ดังนี้ 1) บทบาทด้านผู้ปฏิบัติการพยาบาล จำนวน 16 บทบาทย่อย 2) บทบาทด้านผู้ควบคุมดูแลเครื่องมือในการทำหัตถการ จำนวน 5 บทบาทย่อย 3) บทบาทด้านผู้ให้ความรู้ และให้คำปรึกษา จำนวน 7 บทบาทย่อย และ 4) บทบาทด้านผู้พัฒนาและควบคุมคุณภาพบริการ จำนวน 8 บทบาทย่อย	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this descriptive research was to study of professional nurse’s roles in the cardiac catheterization laboratory unit by using Delphi technique. Participants were 19 experts including; cardiologist, head nurse of cardiac catheterization laboratory unit, professional nurse who expert in the cardiac catheterization laboratory unit, and instructor who teach or responsible in cardiovascular curriculum. The Delphi technique consisted of 3 steps. Step 1, all experts were asked to described about the professional nurse’s roles in the cardiac catheterization laboratory unit. Step 2, the data were analyzed by using content analysis to develop a rating scale questionnaire. All items in the questionnaire were ranked the level of professional nurse’s roles by a prior panel of experts. In step 3, the items were analyzed by using median and interquartile range to develop a new version of questionnaire. The new questionnaire was sent to previous experts for confirming. Ranking items were analyzed by using median and interquartile again to summarize the study. The results of the study were presented that the professional nurse’s roles in the cardiac catheterization laboratory unit consisted of 4 components as follow 1) The role of professional practice 16 items 2) The role of equipment management 5 items 3) The role of education and consultation 7 items, and 4) The role of nursing quality improvement 8 items	en_US
