| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 21 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารองค์การพยาบาล ผู้บริหารการพยาบาล นักวิชาการ และพยาบาลวิชาชีพปฏิบัติการ ที่มีผลงานนวัตกรรมหรือผลงานวิจัยที่ได้รับรางวัลหรือได้รับการยกย่องว่าดีเด่นและเป็นที่ยอมรับ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน โดยขั้นตอนที่ 1 สัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์สาระสำคัญแล้วนำมาสร้างแบบสอบถามให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระดับความสำคัญของสมรรถนะย่อยในแต่ละข้อรายการ นำมาคำนวณค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 นำข้อมูลที่ได้ส่งแบบสอบถามไปให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อยืนยันคำตอบ และนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาคำนวณหาค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์เพื่อสรุปผลการวิจัย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ มีองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะทั้งหมด 7 ด้าน และมีสมรรถนะย่อยจำนวน 54 ข้อรายการ ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการให้รางวัลผลตอบแทน จำนวน 7 ข้อรายการ 2) ด้านการสร้างนวัตกรรม จำนวน 8 ข้อรายการ 3) ด้านการสร้างทีม จำนวน 9 ข้อรายการ 4) ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศในหน่วยงาน จำนวน 5 ข้อรายการ 5) ด้านการพัฒนาทักษะ จำนวน 7 ข้อรายการ 6) ด้านบุคลิกภาพ จำนวน 12 ข้อรายการ และ 7) ด้านการสนับสนุน จำนวน 6 ข้อรายการ โดยองค์ประกอบทั้ง 7 ด้าน พบว่ามีสมรรถนะย่อยจำนวน 52 ข้อรายการ ที่มีความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีสมรรถนะย่อยจำนวน 2 ข้อรายการ ที่มีความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับมาก | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this descriptive research was to explore the innovation leadership of head nurse, Government University Hospital. The subject were 21 experts including organization of nurse executives, academic group, practitioners group, and nurse administrators from Government University Hospital. The Delphi technique consisted of 3 steps. Step 1, all experts were described about innovation leadership of head nurse, Government University Hospital. Step 2, data from step I were analyzed by using content analysis for developing the rating scales questionnaire. All items in the questionnaire were ranked the level of the innovation leadership by a prior panel of experts. Step 3, data were analyzed by using median and interquartile range which was developed a new version of the questionnaire. The new questionnaire was sent to previous experts to confirm the previous ranked items. Data were analyzed again by median and interquartile range to summarize the study. The results of this study were presented that the innovation leadership of head nurse, Government University Hospital consisted of 7 components resulting in 54 items. They were: 1) rewarding 7 items, 2) innovation construct 8 items, 3) team building 9 items, 4) department climate building 5 items, 5) skill development 7 items, 6) personality 12 items, and 7) supportive 6 items. there are 52 items are most important and 2 items are more important. | en_US |
