| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบอัตราการมาตรวจตามนัดในสตรีที่มีเซลล์เยื่อบุปากมดลูกผิดปกติระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองกับกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นสตรีที่มารับการตรวจคัดกรองมะเร็งปากมดลูกและมีเซลล์เยื่อบุปากมดลูกผิดปกติ จำนวน 40 ราย ทำการสุ่มวันที่มารับบริการได้สตรีที่มารับการตรวจคัดกรองในวันคู่เป็นกลุ่มทดลอง จำนวน 20 ราย และสตรีที่มารับการตรวจคัดกรองในวันคี่เป็นกลุ่มควบคุม จำนวน 20 ราย และจับคู่ให้มีความเท่าเทียมกันในเรื่องระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การมาตรวจคัดกรองมะเร็งปากมดลูก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมโดยใช้แนวคิดแบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพของ Becker and Maiman (1975) ประกอบด้วย 1) สื่อการสอนวีดีทัศน์เรื่อง มะเร็งปากมดลูก 2) คู่มือผู้ป่วยที่มีเซลล์เยื่อบุปากมดลูกผิดปกติ 3) คู่มือการสนับสนุนทางโทรศัพท์ และ และ 5) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและแบบบันทึกการมาตรวจตามนัด กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการใช้ข้อมูลและสนับสนุนทางโทรศัพท์จำนวน 2 ครั้ง ครั้งที่ 1 ในวันที่สตรีได้รับจดหมายแจ้งผล ครั้งที่2 ก่อนถึงวันนัด 1 วัน ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ Fisher’s Exact Test ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ อัตราการมาตรวจตามนัดของสตรีในกลุ่มทดลองที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการใช้ข้อมูลและสนับสนุนทางโทรศัพท์สูงกว่าอัตราการมาตรวจตามนัดของสตรีกลุ่มควบคุมที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (95% และ 65%, p< .05) | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this experimental research was to compare follow-up compliance rate among women with abnormal cervical cytology between the experimental and the control groups. The research sample was 40 women obtaining cervical cancer screening and had abnormal cervical cytology. Twenty subjects each were randomly assigned to either the experimental or the control group. Subjects in the experimental and control groups were then matched by education level and cervical cancer screening experiences. The research instrument were developed based on Health Belief Model (Becker and Maiman, 1975) consisted of 1) cervical cancer information video, 2) abnormal cervical cytology patient handbook, 3) telephone support protocol, and 4) personal characteristics and follow-up compliance rate record form. Women in the experimental group received cervical cancer information via video and two-telephone supports while those in the control group received a conventional nursing care. Fisher’s exact test was used to analyze the data. Results were as follows : Follow-up compliance rate among women receiving the information and telephone support program was statistically significantly higher than that among women receiving a conventional nursing care (95% vs. 65%, p<.05). | en_US |
