dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาเพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมครัวเรือนในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือได้เลือกสรรเอาอุตสาหกรรมครัวเรือน 4 ประเภท คือ กี่ทอผ้า จักสานไม้ไผ่ เจียระไนเพชรพลอย และการทอเสื่อกก อุตสาหกรรมครัวเรือนทั้งสี่ประเภทนี้สามารถเพิ่มผลผลิตให้กับชาวชนบทอีสานให้สูงขึ้นได้โดยวิธีการออกแบบสถานที่ทำงาน การปรับปรุงขั้นตอนกระบวนการทำงาน และการออกแบบเครื่องจักรช่วยในงานผลผลิต ปัญาหาหลักที่ทำให้การพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมครัวเรือนในภูมิภาคนี้เป็นได้อย่างเชื่องช้าคล้ายๆกันในทุกอุตสาหกรรมคือ การตลาด และการเงิน การส่งเสริมการตลาดอย่างจริงจังจะช่วยให้เกิดการเพิ่มผลผลิตได้โดยทางอ้อม	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The study to improve productivity for the cottage industry in the North Eastern part of Thailand, aimed at 4 major industrial sectors such as handloom weaving, bamboo wicker, gems cutting and mat, weaving. There exists a very high potential for productivity improvement through the use of work place design, process improvement and the use of machinery. The most important problems in the development of cottage industries in this area are the same in all selected industries. They are marketing and financial problems. To promote and help them commercialize their products would improve productivity indirectly.	en
