dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาโมเดลความสำเร็จในมหาวิทยาลัยของนิสิตคณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย 2) เพื่อตรวจสอบโมเดลความสำเร็จในมหาวิทยาลัยของนิสิตคณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย 3) เพื่อตรวจสอบความไม่แปรเปลี่ยนของโมเดลความสำเร็จในมหาวิทยาลัยของนิสิต คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยระหว่างนิสิตที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกในปีการศึกษา 2543-2545 4) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการทำนายของตัวทำนายความสำเร็จระหว่างปีการศึกษา 2543-2545 ข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นข้อมูลทุติยภูมิและข้อมูลปฐมภูมิ ข้อมูลผลการเรียนของนิสิตเก็บจากหน่วยทะเบียนของคณะครุศาสตร์ข้อมูลคุณธรรมและทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับคนยุคใหม่ในยุคสารสนเทศ เก็บจากการสำรวจด้วยแบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนิสิตคณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ที่เข้าศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2543-2545 มีจำนวน 206, 213 และ 183 คน ตามลำดับ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สำหรับใช้วัดคุณธรรมและทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับคนยุคใหม่ โดยมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.789 และ 0.831 ตามลำดับ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติภาคบรรยาย การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ และ การวิเคราะห์ลิสเรล ผลการวิจัยพบว่าความสำเร็จในมหาวิทยาลัยจำแนกออกเป็น 2 องค์ประกอบ คือ ผลลัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 1 (GPAX) ทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับคนยุคใหม่ (ABILITY) ส่วนตัวทำนายความสำเร็จประกอบด้วย 4 ตัว ได้แก่ เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมในชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (GPA) คะแนนเปอร์เซ็นไทล์ (PR) คะแนนสอบเข้ามหาวิทยาลัย (SCO_ENT) คะแนนคุณธรรม (MORAL) ผลการวิเคราะห์ลิสเรลพบว่าโมเดลสอดคล้องกับ ข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ทั้ง3 ปีการศึกษา และไม่แปรเปลี่ยนตามปีการศึกษาเมื่อพิจารณาจากเส้นทางอิทธิพล แต่มีค่าอิทธิพลแตกต่างกันระหว่างปี โดยอิทธิพลของ GPA (0.12) PR (ค่าระหว่าง -0.11 และ 0.11) คะแนน คุณธรรม(0.03 - 0.19) ที่ มีต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนปี 1 (GPAX) ไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติมีเพียงคะแนนสอบเข้ามหาวิทยาลัยที่เป็นตัวทำนายที่ดีโดยมีขนาดอิทธิพลเท่ากับ 0.45-0.53 สำหรับการทำนายทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับคนยุคใหม่ (ABILITY) พบว่าคุณธรรมเป็นตัวทำนายที่ดี โดยมีขนาดอิทธิพลเท่ากับ 0.57 - 0.72 ส่วน อิทธิพลของ GPA (ค่าระหว่าง-0.10 และ 0.09) PR (ค่าระหว่าง - 0.13 และ 0.03) คะแนนสอบเข้ามหาวิทยาลัย (ค่าระหว่าง 0.05 และ 0.06) ที่มีต่อทักษะที่จำเป็น (ABILITY) ไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ นอกนี้ยังพบว่าตัวทำนายทั้งสี่ตัวสามารถทำนายความสำเร็จที่วัดจากผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนชั้นปี 1 (GPAX) อยู่ในช่วง ร้อยละ 23-32 และด้านทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับคนยุคใหม่ (ABILITY) อยู่ในช่วงร้อยละ 35-56-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this research were (1) to develop the students’ university success model in the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, 2) to test the developed university success model with the empirical data, 3) to test the invariance of the model across year 2543-2545, and 4) to compare the power of prediction of university success across year 2543-2545. This study used both secondary and primary sources of data. The data relating to students’ academic information (GPAX) were collected from the office of registration of the Faculty of Education. The data relating to students’ moral and necessary skills for the new generations in the information age (ABILITY) were obtained from questionnaire survey. The samples were 206, 213, and 183 students of year 2543, 2544, and 2545, respectively. The research instruments measuring students’ moral and necessary skills were 5-point rating scale questionnaire with the reliability coefficient of .789 and .831, respectively. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, factor analysis and LISREL. It was found that the university success was classified into two factors: first year academic achievement (GPAX) and necessary skills for the new generations in the information age (ABILITY), while four predictors of university success were high school grade point average (GPA), Percentile Rank (PR), entrance score (SCCLENT), and moral score. Based on the LISREL analysis of the three year data sets, the results showed that the developed models were significantly fit with the empirical data, The models were invariant across years with the same path, but different effect sizes. It was found that the effects of GPA (0.12), PR (ranged between -0.11 and 0.11), and moral score (0.03 - 0.19) on GPAX were not statistically significant. Only the entrance score (SCO_ENT) was the good predictor of GPAX with the effect size ranged between 0.45 and 0.53. For the prediction of necessary skills (ABILITY), it was found that moral score was the good predictor (0.57 - 0.72), while the effects of GPA (ranged between -0.10 and 0.09), PR (ranged between -0.13 and 0.03), and entrance score (ranged between -0.05 and 0.06) on necessary skills (ABILITY) were not statistically significant. The result also yielded that four predictors were able to predict the first-year academic achievement (GPAX) with 23%-32%, and necessary skills (ABILITY) with 35%-56%.-
