| Abstract: | ได้นำขวดเพทเก่ามาใช้ประโยชน์ใหม่เป็นวัตถุดิบหนึ่งในการผลิตโพลิยูริเธน ในกระบวนการนี้เริ่มด้วยการดีโพลิเมอร์ไรส์ขวดเพทเก่า โดยวิธีไกลโคลิซีสที่สภาวะต่างๆแล้วนำผลิตภัณฑ์ไกลโคลิซีสต่างๆที่ได้มาทดลองใช้เป็น chain extender เพื่อผลิตโพลิยูริเธนจากการทดสอบคุณสมบัติทางกลศาสตร์พบว่า การใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ไกลโคลิซีสแทน ethylene glycol จะให้โพลิยูริเธนที่แข็งแรงกว่า |
| Other Abstract: | Post-consumer PET bottles were recycles to raw material for producing polyurethane. They were first depolymerised by glycolysis method under various conditions. Thus different glycolysis products were obtained. These glycolysis products were then use as chain extenders in the production of polyurethane. In comparison with ethylene glycol, the glycolysis products yielded polyurethane of superior mechanical strength. |
