dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานสู่การเป็นโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาลในโรงพยาบาลที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกเป็นโรงพยาบาลแกนกลางในโครงการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพ สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข จำนวน 24 แห่ง จำแนกตามระดับการบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วม และลักษณะองค์การด้านประเภท ขนาด ที่ตั้ง และสังกัดระดับกรม ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ พยาบาลหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย/หัวหน้างานของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาลทุกคน ส่งข้อมูลกลับคืนจำนวน 271 คนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 88.27 ของผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั้งหมดเครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย แบบวัดระดับการบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วมขององค์การและแบบวัดการดำเนินงานสู่การเป็นโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาลซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น หาค่าความเที่ยงด้วยสัมประสิทธิ์ อัลฟาของครอนบาค มีค่า .97 และ .91 ตามลำดับ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีส่งทางไปรษณีย์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบที (t-test statistic) และสถิติวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way analysis of variance) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. จากกิจกรรมการดำเนินงานสู่การเป็นโรงพยาบาลส่งเสสุขภาพของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาลทั้งหมด 5 ด้าน รวม 103 กิจกรรมนั้น กลุ่มงานการพยาบาลทุกแห่งมีการดำเนินงานสู่การเป็นโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพครบทั้ง 5 ด้าน โดยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยในแต่ละด้านใกล้เคียงคะแนนเต็มและมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยโดยรวมเท่ากับ 92.5 จากคะแนนเต็ม 103 คะแนน 2. ระดับการบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วมขององค์การตามการรายงานของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาลมีในระดับสูงและระดับปานกลางเท่านั้น โดยการดำเนินงานสู่การเป็นโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพทั้งรายด้านและโดยรวมของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาลที่มีระดับการบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วมขององค์การในระดับสูงจะไม่มากกว่ากลุ่มงานการพยาบาลที่มีระดับการบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วมขององค์การในระดับปานกลางอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. การดำเนินงานสู่การเป็นโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพทั้งรายด้านและโดยรวมของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาลที่มีลักษณะองค์การ ด้านประเภท ขนาด ที่ตั้ง และสังกัดระดับกรมต่างกันวะไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study the operation toward health promoting hospital of nursing departments in 24 hospitals serving as models in health promoting hospital project, the Ministry of Public Health. In this study the hospitals were classified by level of participative management and organization characteristics including category, size, location and jurisdiction. Informants are all head nurses of nursing departments in target hospitals. Percentages of respondents were 88.27 or 271 head nurses. The questionnaire constructed by the researcher consisted of questions regarding participative management and operation toward health promoting hospital of nursing departments. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of the questionnaire were .97 and .92 consecutively. The arithmetic means, standard deviation, t-tesi statistic and one way analysis of variance were obtained. The major findings were as follow : According to five aspects of operation toward health promoting hospital which include 103 activities : 1. All nursing departments reported of operating all five aspects with means in every aspect closing to total score. The means score on operation toward health promoting hospital as a whole of nursing department were 92.54 from total score of 103. 2. The nursing department reported the level of participative management only at a high and moderate level. The test for difference on operation toward health promoting hospital score of nursing department between the two levels show high level not higher than moderate level, neither among each aspects nor as a whole. 3. The operation toward health promoting hospital score either among each aspects or as a whole, of nursing department in hospitals with different organization characteristics, category, size, location and jurisdiction show no statistical significant at the level of .05.	en_US
