Abstract:	การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษาของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทก่อน และหลังการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการให้ความรู้รายครอบครัว กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือผู้ป่วยจิตเภทซึ่งรับบริการที่หอผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาลศรีธัญญา จำนวน 20 คนและผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทจำนวน 20 คน ได้รับการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์การคัดเลือก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ โปรแกรมการให้ความรู้รายครอบครัว ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจความตรงเชิงเนี้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบวัดพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษาของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท แบบวัดความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทของผู้ดูแลและแบบวัดความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทของผู้ดูแล และแบบวัดความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตัวของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาคของเครื่องมือทั้งสามเท่ากับ .86 ,.83 ,82 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรรนาและสถิติทดสอบที(paired t-test) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษาของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ภายหลังการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการให้ความรู้รายครอบครัว มีค่ามากกว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการให้ความรู้รายครอบครัว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (x̅ = 78.8, S.D. = 5.78 และ x̅ = 53.0,S.D = 10.33 ตามลำดับ t = 9.55)
Other Abstract:	The purposes of this study were to compare medication adherence behaviors of schizophrenic patients before and after participating the family education program. A purposive sampling was 20 schizophrenic patients who were recruited at Inpatient unit, Srithunya hospital and 20 family caregivers. These sample were met the inclusion criteria. The study instrument was the family education program which was validated for content validity by 3 experts. Three instruments for Data collection were the medication adherence interview, the knowledge of caring questionares for caregivers, and the knowledge of daily practice questionares for schizophrenic patients. The reliability of these instruments was .86, .83, and .82 respectively. Data analysis were used by descriptive statistics and paired t-test Study results were as follows: Medication adherence behaviors of patients with schizophrenia after participating the family education program was significantly greater than those before participating such program, at the .05 level (x̅ =78.8, S.D.=5.78 and x̅=53.0, S.D.= 10.33, respectively: t=-9.55).
