dc.description.abstract	จากการนำสิ่งสกัดไดคลอโรมีเทนของเปลือกรากติ้วเกลี้ยงมาแยกให้บริสุทธิ์ด้วยเทคนิคโครมาโทรกราฟี พบว่าแยกได้สารใหม่ในกลุ่มแซนโทน (xanthone) 1 ชนิด คือ cratochinone B (CC-01) นอกจากนี้พบสารที่เคยมีข้อมูลการรายงานมาก่อนหน้านี้ 3 ชนิด คือ macluraxanthone (CC-02), β -mangostin (CC-03) และ pancixanthone A (CC-04) โดยโครงสร้างทั้งหมดได้พิสูจน์ทราบด้วยข้อมูลทางสเปกโทรสโกปี ร่วมกับการเปรียบเทียบกับข้อมูลที่เคยมีการรายงานมาก่อนหน้านี้ จากการทดสอบฤทธิ์ความเป็นพิษต่อเซลล์มะเร็งชนิด KB, Hela S-3 และ Hep G2 พบว่าสาร CC-01 และ CC-02 มีความเป็นพิษต่อเซลล์มะเร็งชนิด KB, Hela S-3 และ Hep G2 ในระดับดี โดยมีค่า IC₅₀ ในช่วง 0.91-9.57 µM	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	A new xanthone, named cratochinone B (CC-01), along with three known xanthones, macluraxanthone (CC-02), β -mangostin CC-03) and pancixanthone A (CC-04), were isolated from the root bark of Cratoxylum cochinchinense. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis as well as comparison with the previously published data. All isolated compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against KB, HeLa S-3 and Hep G2 cell lines. Compounds CC-01 and CC-02 showed good cytotoxicity against KB, Hela S-3 and HepG2 cell with IC50 values in the range of 0.91- 9.57 μM.	en_US
