dc.description.abstract	ซิมโฟนีแห่งพุทธศักราช 2489 เป็นซิมโฟนีสำหรับวงออร์เคสตราขนาดมาตราฐานที่มีความยาวการบรรเลงประมาณ 27นาที ผู้ประพันธ์ได้ประพันธ์ซิมโฟนีบทนี้ขึ้นเพื่อร่วมเฉลิมฉลองการครองสิริราชสมบัติครบ 60 ปีของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ชื่อของซิมโฟนีได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากปีพุทธศักราช 2489 ซึ่งเป็นปีที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวเสด็จขึ้นครองราชย์ บทเพลงนี้ประกอบด้วย 3 กระบวน คือ 1.) อิสริยยศ 2.) ทศพิธราชธรรม 3.) สยามินทร์ ผู้ประพันธ์ได้ผสมผสานเทคนิคต่างๆ ทั้งจากดนตรีคลาสสิคตะวันตกแบบมาตราฐานให้เข้ากับเทคนิคดนตรีร่วมสมัยตลอดจนได้นำสำเนียงเพลงพื้นบ้านของไทยมาใช้ ทำให้ภาษาดนตรีและการเรียบเรียงเสียงของซิมโฟนีบทนี้มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The Symphony of B.E. 2489 is a musical tribute to his Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, on the auspicious occasion of His Majesty’s 60th Anniversary Accession to the Throne. This 27 – minute – long symphony is a full scale symphony written for large symphony Orchestra. The title of the symphony refers to the beginning year of His Majesty the King’s Reign. The symphony reflects a contemporary musical style which combines various elements found in symphony of the western musical tradition ; ranging from romantic musical passages, to the use of certain local folk melodic materials. Many contemporary musical techniques are also employed. Symphony of B.E. 2489 consists of 3 movements. These movements are 1.) Issariyayos 2.) Tospitrajadhama 3.) Sayamintra	en
