dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจภาวะสุขภาพโดยทั่วไปของแพทย์ ไทย และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสุขภาพ จากการสุ่มเลือกตามเลขที่ใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพเวชกรรม รายชื่อจากศูนย์การศึกษาต่อเนื่องของแพทย์ เก็บข้อมูลตั้งแต่เดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2545 ถึงเดือนมีนาคม พ.ศ. 2546 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ส่งทางไปรษณีย์และการสัมภาษณ์ทางโทรศัพท์ ข้อมูลที่ได้นำมาวิเคราะห์หาร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่ามัธยฐาน ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบความสัมพันธ์หรือความแตกต่างด้วยการทดสอบไคสแควร์ ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืน 380 ฉบับ จาก 440 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 86.36 ผลจากแบบสอบถามพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นเพศชาย 60.3% เพศหญิง 39.7% อายุเฉลี่ย 40.8 ปี จบแพทย์เฉพาะทางคิดเป็นร้อยละ 64.2 ด้านการทำงานพบว่าแพทย์ส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจในวิชาชีพในระดับมาก คิดเป็นร้อยละ 60.2 เวลาการทำงานเฉลี่ย 62.4 ชั่วโมง/สัปดาห์ ด้านสุขภาพพบว่าแพทย์ส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีโรคประจำตัว คิดเป็นร้อยละ 63.8 ในกลุ่มที่มีโรคประจำตัวพบว่าอันดับหนึ่งเป็นโรคภูมิแพ้ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 20.6 อันดับสองคือโรคความดันโลหิตสูง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 10.8 และจากการสำรวจในช่วง 6 เดือนที่ผ่านมาพบว่าแพทย์ส่วนใหญ่เจ็บป่วยด้วยไข้หวัดหรือโรคติดเชื้อระบบทางเดินหายใจส่วนบน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 35.8 ข้อมูลการสัมผัสสิ่งคุกคามสุขภาพจากการทำงาน ในช่วง 6 เดือนที่ผ่านมาพบว่าแพทย์มีการสัมผัสต่อเลือด ต่อก๊าซที่ใช้เป็นยาสลบและรังสีมากที่สุดในทุกวันทำงาน ( คิดเป็นร้อยละ 23.7 4.7 และ 3.2 ตามลำดับ ) พบมีความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอายุกับการเกิดโรคความดันโลหิตสูง เบาหวานและมะเร็งอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ( p < 0.05 ) ผลการศึกษานี้จะเป็นข้อมูลสำคัญประกอบการพิจารณาวางรากฐานงานวิจัย เพื่อพัฒนาสุขภาพแพทย์ไทยในระยะยาว	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this descriptive study was to survey health status of Thai physicians and factors related to health by systematic random sampling according to license numbers from CCME registration (Center for Continuing Medical Education). The study was conducted during December 2002 and March 2003 by mailing questionnaires and telephone interviewing to 440 Thai physicians. Data were analysed for percent, mean, median, standard deviation, and tested for association by Chi-square. The response rate was 86.36% (380/440). The results showed that 380 Thai physicians were 229 male (60.3%) and 151 female (39.7%), mean age was 40.8 years, 64.2% were medical specialists. Thai physicians had good satisfaction in the occupation ( 60.2% ), and mean working time was 62.4 hours per week. Regarding health status, this survey found that there were 241 physicians had no underlying diseases (63.8%) and allergy was the most common disease ( 20.6% ), and the second was hypertension (10.8%). In the past six months, Thai physicians were most frequently ill with the upper respiratory tract infection (35.8%). Regarding occupational hazards, the physicians exposed everyday to blood, anesthetic gases and radiation ( 23.7 4.7 and 3.2 %, respectively ). There were statistical association between age and hypertension, diabetes and cancer ( p < 0.05 ). This result shows that health status of Thai physicians should be collected and improved.	en
