dc.description.abstract	ปฐมสมโพธิสำนวนล้านช้างเป็นวรรณกรรมที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับประวัติพระสิทธัตถโพธิสัตว์ ตั้งแต่ประสูติจนบรรลุธรรมวิเศษได้เป็นพระพุทธเจ้า ปฐมสมโพธิสำนวนล้านช้างเป็นสำนวนที่มีความสำคัญในฐานะที่เป็นปฐมสมโพธิฉบับสำนวนภาษาถิ่นที่เก่าที่สุด และเป็นฉบับแปลแบบนิสสัยเพียงฉบับเดียว สามารถใช้เป็นหลักฐานเชื่อมโยงกับปฐมสมโพธิภาษาบาลีฉบับล้านนาซึ่งเก่ากว่า และใช้เป็นหลักฐานแสดงขนาดของเนื้อเรื่องดั้งเดิมก่อนที่จะขยายเนื้อเรื่องออกไปจนกลายเป็นวรรณกรรมพุทธประวัติในภายหลัง	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The Lan Xang version of the Pathamasambodhi narrates the biography of Siddhattha-Bodhisatta from his birth to the Great Enlightenment. Except for the Pali version, it is the oldest version of the Pathamasambodhi. It is also the only Nissaya version of those known by scholars. The style of composing which uses the Pali language for the entrie text reveals that it is translated from the Pali version which may have been composed either in the Lanna or Lan Xang Kingdom. It can be inferred from its content that the original version of the Path amasambodhi is the story of the Siddhattha-Bodhisatta and not that of the Lord Buddha.	en
